Whenever I hear the Jam track, In the City, I can always see an image of banks of Worcester fans shouting "UP THE CITY"
Think that would be a decent track to come out to as well.

Cloud. We at the PA box were told, and announced, that the bar inside the ground will be available to all supporters for the duration of the season. TeeJay. Nimrod is the saddest and most moving tune that I know, so that won't be played as the players run out. Although thinking about it, it would save on using the sprinkler. Niels, you caused quite a stir yesterday; can we expect updates of all Fram's results?

Are Harriers season tickets valid on City match days? Presumably he would have had to pay to get in, which would surely render his Harriers reserved seat null and void? There's always one though. Good of him to come along really! How about Nimrod as the walk on tune? Some stirring Elgar to get things uplifted. Just, erm, out of curiosity, which seat was it?

I think City have an advantage over other teams playing on a Monday night. If City might be a bit tired after a Saturday game, then how about an opposition team who have played on a Saturday AND travelled down to Worcester for a Monday game? With Sky running the fixture lists for Premiership football, there will always be clashes on any night of the week. and as Niels points out, Champions League will take out Tuesdays and Wednesdays, so Monday looks a good option. Agreed. I would absolutely love City to get Billy Big Bollocks FC away in the third round of the Cup, get a draw then insist that the replay is the usual Monday night. They do like a good moan when they have to lay twice in three days.

Heard a rumour a few hours ago that we've signed Lee Smith from Nuneaton?
Apparantly it came from the head steward so probably accurate?
Good signing if so.

It says a lot about him that people started worrying when he wasn't in Worcester by 1pm yesterday afternoon.
A cracking guy and good friend. RIP mate. Jem, that would be an excellent tribute.

Thank you to all who have taking part. I have decided to use all males because in a journal written by James and Ridinger in 2002, they stated that Females are more likely to be a fan of many teams. Therefore already answering my question that non-league fans, especially females are likely to support two teams. The study suggests that as sports fans males are likely to support one specific team. I'm looking to disprove this. Maybe in my final year I can look further into patterns of womens loyalties as sports fans I like it, let us know your findings.

Ahh don't believe everything you read in the papers, unless it's a quote from the club then it's usually a stab in the dark!! We are working on 150 - 200, obviously more would be fantastic Nuneaton website says: "Nuneaton Town Football Club has been advised by Warwickshire Police to segregate tomorrows Blue Square Bet North Game. WORCESTER GAME SEGREGATED image Home supporters will enter via the usual turnstiles, with away entering via turnstiles 1-3. The club has been requested to take this action by the Police due to Worcester City's expectation of up to 300 supporters. From tomorrow, Warwickshire Police will now have a visible presence at all home games. " Who told them 300??!!

A crowd of some 600 odd, somewhat disappointing considering BU are fifth and in the running for the play-offs. Where did everyone get to? If it had not been for the good attendtendance of the BU supporters the crowd could have been around 400. Was it because of the games on TV? Premiership football available for a tenner. Much more appealing to 99% of people. The entry fee is too high to encourage people to the Lane.

Hi all, Still a bit out of breath following the match yesterday. I thought it was a fair result in the end. Your second goal was a cracker. Funny comments regarding the commentary and the 'grumpy' second commentator - I didn't listen to it, but this is normally our Director of Football! Ref was poor, we had a few go against us too, but to book your goal scorer was a joke. Anyway, wish I could be there tomorrow night but I can't. Do you know if any of your local radio stations will be covering it? Good luck for the rest of the season! Some photos from yesterday here for anyone interested. www.eastleigh-fc.co.uk/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?f=1&t=4379Hi, There is ofter commentary on BBC Hereford and Worcester news.bbc.co.uk/local/herefordandworcester/hi/failing that, the local paper does good text commentary: www.worcesternews.co.uk/sport/wcfc/live/

Can anyone give me an example where a game has ended with a goal being scored (other than in a penalty shoot out?) I can't think of one. Since I'm a Carlisle United fan for the next week at least... Jimmy Glass, 1999.
