The roller-coaster continues?
Be hard to get a result, but infinitely more chance than if we were playing at home......probably.

i reckon we can get at least a draw, sandercome seems to be on fire at the moment. with birley back in aswell And with Danksy and glovers partnership with over 15 goals between them and both suspended for the corby game they will be more than up for it. so im pretty confident . Dont know if anybody else is?

Brilliant!! Well done lads.
Really glad we beat them as I took a dislike to them when they came to our place, the way they all ran over to the main stand when they go their second and sat on the floor doing the celebratory dance.

And good news for Nuneaton, their floodlights made it through to the end of the match!

And good news for Nuneaton, their floodlights made it through to the end of the match! Only just. When sitting on the seating on the dressing room side the otherside of the pitch was almost in darkness. Also the PA system is not very good. Again when seated in the stand one could not hear distinctly what the announcer was saying.

McGreggor was booked again for trapping to the referee. He was at it throughout the game and in the end the refs patience must have worn out, and into the book his name went. Then he goes and scores the winning goal. And only time to take the restart before the final whistle.
I think a good nick-name for McGreggor would be 'Trapper'.

An excellent performance today. Macca had arguably his best game in a city shirt. Won every header, and topped it with the winning goal. He and Glover really worked well together. Birley also had a good game as did Sandercombe with a couple of excellent saves. Good also to see CH playing 3 central midfielders which meant to could push forward whilst the third protected the back four, something i have been hoping we would do for the last couple of months. Heres to uxbridge at home in the next round or failing that Wrexham or Luton at home please

but infinitely more chance than if we were playing at home......probably. Yeah, always feel negative when City play at home makes you wonder why we even bother having home fixtures.... Yet another struggle at home? Just can't see us winning. There is something fundamentally wrong about how we approach games at SGL. Though no-one concerned can put their finger on it..... Seems yet another credible performance, away from home. Unlike, when we play at the latter! etc etc ect For goodness sake change the tune and stop being so mindnummingly boring! PS. Well done City boys, excellent win

How on earth do their floodlight meet ground regulations. if we get questioned for ours then Nuneaton's lights could not possibly comply. It was so dark you couldn't see both ends of the ground clearly. Made taking pictures a nightmare!
