Will be v.Stourbridge who won 4-0 at Redditch, so no room for complacency! And as per the other thread, it's over 2 legs? Whenever it is, please could someone post the date(s?) here? Thanks. Here you are.

1.0 to city in front of 476. Expect a low crowd due to people celebrating Valentines with their wives etc. Not necessarily with their own wives.

But we're at home so surely we must lose? Despite having won four out of our last five home league games, including two against teams above us in the table?

Game called off just as the team arrived despite Workington saying at 8 a.m. that everything was okay.

No website update yet though? I had my laptop with me with the intention of adding any update as soon as I got it. Unfortunately there was a problem with it as I could only get a blank screen. I was 55 miles in to an abortive round trip of 108 miles to see the game when I found out it was off. I went to the nearest library to add the information from there but it was closed so it all had to wait until after I got home. Sorry.

Mexico twice in just 16 years! But don't forget that Mexico's second hosting of the tournament in 1986 was for the very reason warwickwcfc said: Colombia had been awarded the tournament but problems caused them to withdraw so Mexico was asked to hold the competition instead.

That raises a good point, after a goal is scored, should the ref stop the clock? After all, a minute can be lost between a goal being scored and the restart? I wouldn't expect that to usually happen. It's very little different from when there is a small delay between, say, a free kick being awarded then taken. Except when some overpaid buffoon goes on a wild goal celebration. Although if any players are deliberately delaying the restart then the time should be added on and the guilty player(s) cautioned.

I have just looked on the City website at the players profiles. It is hopelessly out of date. It even has Richard Dryden as manager. I don't know how you managed that! Even last season's has Carl as manager.

If time is up after the goal is scored but before the restart then there would be no restart.

It is going to be on the Monday. My mistake in putting Tuesday on the website due to rushing after Saturday's game.
I've only just now had the chance to start to put something on there from Saturday's game. Sorry about the delay.
I'm hoping that on Tuesday I'll be able to update it on the night of the game and similarly for future matches.

It was for shareholders only. The one on Saturday was not it was for everyone but nobody advertised it, thats why only nine turned up. It was mentioned in the top panel underneath the AGM announcement. It was in the 'What's On' panel on the left of the home page. It was mentioned in the preview of the Gainsborough Trinity match. Do you all want someone to come and knock on your doors to tell you next time?

There will still be an 'Open Forum' after the A.G.M. but open only to those attending the A.G.M. i.e. shareholders. This will give those attending the opportunity to raise matters which might not be covered in the formal part of the actual A.G.M.
Everyone else, including shareholders of course, will have the opportunity to have their say at a Fans' Forum after the home game against Gainsborough Trinity on 14th August.

Still cannot access WCFC website. Will it ever be accessible? Also have tried to email WCFC on the admin address and have not received a reply, but was returned to me as not being able to be found. Has the WCFC stopped its e-address? WCFC website: If anyone does still have any problems with it please let me know. What address have you attempted to send your e-mail to?

The AGM will be held at 7.00pm on Monday 9th August in the Legends bar. The agenda will include consideration of the accounts for 2008 and 2009. Notices will be going out to shareholders in the near future.
The formal part of the proceedings will be followed by an open forum.

why is it a half 7 kick off Because that's what Stoke City asked for. Incidentally, does anyone know when or why the general kick-off time for evening matches changed to 7.45? Almost all clubs' evening games used to start at 7.30.
