As a season ticket holder at both St George's Lane and the Britannia Stadium, I will enjoy Stoke's visit!

i would love it to be the first team but it will be thier reserves. sounds like im saying that in a bad way but its not also it looks like a lot of games in pre season . So it means ch has 7 games to decide his starting 11 for the first game of the season which is great

Can someone supply the dates please?
For some reason or other I cannot open Worcester City FC's web page. And I don't take the Worcester News on Saturdays, if they were published in it.

Stoke have a friendly against Bristol Rovers on the same night, so expect the reserve reserve team (with a few academy players) to be down at St. Georges Lane on the 3rd.

Pulis will take the first team squad to Bristol Rovers (most of his career as a player was there) but you're right about the Worcester game being an outing for the Stoke Academy lads (with Danzelle St-L H in goal?).

why is it a half 7 kick off Because that's what Stoke City asked for. Incidentally, does anyone know when or why the general kick-off time for evening matches changed to 7.45? Almost all clubs' evening games used to start at 7.30.

Surely a few hours won't make any difference? They arent going to change! Its like people who have to know the lottery numbers straight away - if you've got the 6 numbers on Saturday, you're still a jackpot winner on Monday morning! The conference will release them whenever they get round to it I'm sure.

Yep, sounds about right to me niels, and we didnt even need to wait for the Conference to tell us that Even when the conference give the dates of all the games, its only a guide, as games will not all take place when they are supposed to.

niels & jcp -The cynicism of the middle aged attempting to dampen down the enthusiasm of youth - but pendulum, not all 'old timers' are the same; I still like to know the fixtures the minute they come out!
