If Kidderminster should be relegated then we could not play there as that would be classed as city playing more home games than anyone else in the league I think that Bromsgrove would be the best choice.

Only 7pts cover positions 10th to 21st, so 3 points against Gloucester on Saturday is a must

Only 5 points cover the bottom 9 clubs, so the Christmas games are a must win for City and could see a nice little gap opening for us.Let's hope we can get passed Gloucester this time?

A major independent study on the the state of football pitches across Worcester has said too many are just not good enough. Quite a damming report, the council should take this on-board when it come to our application??

Everyone may have seen this already but from the FA Survey they have concluded that: "A significant slice of the £260m budget over the next four years has been allocated to improving facilities directly – with investment set aside to bring the number of all-weather 3G artificial grass pitches more in line with some of our European counterparts. New grass-turf pitches and improvements to a further 2,000 existing pitches are also in the pipeline. And with Government support, further funds have also been dedicated to build up to 150 new ‘Parklife’ football hubs across as many as 30 cities - with a pilot scheme only months from starting in Sheffield. " If ever there was a favourable wind blowing our way this must be it - surely the Council will see that the Perdiswell Bid is ahead of the curve in terms of developing local grassroots football facilities for the local community? AND there's money there to be had!!!! A stretch of logic in anybody's book... But Man Utd at home to Sheffield Utd in 3rd round, makes you wonder what could've been!! Just as the draw for the last time.Chelsea v Huddersfield .We could have been millionairs

Very interesting and a great idea. Only problem is that at the moment we don't have a ground to play on.If the council give the club the go ahead then this could work

Just a thought, Wednesday are away on Saturday........ Wouldn't it be great if they helped fill the away end to see United lose. It would be like having another man on the pitch along with the increased revenue. Oh, & I'm sure I'm correct in that they are the Royal Blues so anyone wearing 'colours' would be in blue & white. Pigs not welcome !! I think they play in red/white

Yep you are more than welcome to leave your car if you can get a space mate, there's also street parking as well. We have 3 real ales, plus a selection of lagers, 2 draught ciders and various bottles. The Royal Standard is a live music pub located near the train station on St Marys Road, Sheffield. The drinks on offer includes various draught and bottled beers, cider, wines and spirits.

What would you like the board to communicate specifically. I would like to know if they support the Trust's proposal for a community based club, or is it true fee's are being paid to some consultant for an alternative after all this time and how much? Two good points greenman, also how are the City finances. Just some communication would help as to which way this great club is heading

Running a business should include plans to hold a regular AGM If not an AGM, then some communication would be nice (once every 3 months)

You may be aware that a request to the Board for a meeting was submitted and signed by the requisite number of shareholders, I subsequently received a response from the Company Secretary asking if I had realised what I was signing up to?The letter went on to say that the board has been too busy over the last five years to hold a meeting which I found risible. Even requesting that the meeting be deferred because of the cup run. I agree with a previous comment that an AGM called by the board would help put an end to the rumour and speculation that currently surrounds the club; but they obviously seem to have no regard for shareholders or supporters. To busy to hold an AGM is a joke, do the board have something to hide?(makes you think) can we see "the books".If the board are really thinking of taking this club forward, then the shareholders/supporters would like to know

Tickets for Saturday's FA Cup tie are selling well
As at last night the Club had sold around 1,400 tickets for Saturday's FA Cup tie at Bramall Lane. Currently we have 7 official coaches booked.
There are still plenty of tickets available for purchase and supporters can get their tickets from the online shop or Tourist Information Centre.
The Tourist Information Centre is situated next to the Guildhall and is open between 9.30am and 5.00pm for the rest of the week.
The Club has still not been advised that there will be a pay on the day facility so would continue to advise supporters who are planning to go to the game to purchase their ticket in advance.

COLIN Gordon has taken over Kidderminster Harriers after becoming majority shareholder.
Following lengthy talks, Neil Savery, Jane Murrant and Barry Norgrove have given the former football agent their shares for a nominal fee.
Gordon also invested what the club says is an 'significant cash injection' into the club, which is battling with tight finances.

Yup.. The season before the Liverpool and Sheff Utd games. We drew 0-0 vs Aldershot away in the 1st Round on the 16th Nov 1957 in front of 8520, then 5 days later on the 21st, the replay at St Georges Lane there was a crowd of 10887 to witness a 2-2 draw... Then on the 25th the second replay was staged at St Andrews which we lost 3-2 in front of 22926! How come the second replay was chosen at St Andrews and it didnt go back down to Aldershot just out of curiosity? I thought that in those day's a 2nd replay was played on neutral grounds

City number 49 which is the first non league side, so, any number over 49 will be a non league side and under49 will be a league 1 or 2.We just want 49 to come out first.

I think Carl's comment about Hughes' 'bubbly' character is also relevant. Some leadership and positivity on the pitch is needed. Won't be cheap. I seem to recall Kiddy couldn't afford to keep him on for this season... Could be a good signing, but will take some abuse from the supporters of other clubs over his drink driving conviction.I understand that Stockport County will be waiting to welcome him on Saturday. So lets hope that Lee can prove to be a winner

On a slightly different note I wonder how many noticed that after the game, and after all of our players had gone down the tunnel, Carl Heeley waited by the touch line and after shaking hands with the Hednesford Management Team, Subs and staff he waited and shook hands with each and every one of the Hednesford players as they came off the pitch. Carl is a class act, how many other managers having suffered a bitter defeat and undoubtedly feeling very disappointed would put themselves out like that to congratulate the opposition? He sets himself high standards. I am very disappointed after what I have seen in recent weeks. BUT I have no doubt that Carl & Matt will turn this around. They have done it in the past and I am sure they will do so this time. Those suggesting that our recent form is in some way related to Matt being made joint-manager are way off beam. Matt is not doing anything differently to what he has been doing over the past seasons. The problems are with new players who have not yet gelled together or adjusted to our level and established players who are out of form. But as I say, given some time, Carl & Matt will sort them out and get the ship back on an even keel. Quite right Stamoo, but I wonder if some of the problem lies at the feet of the Board and the Trust,as there seems to be problems between the two sides, not knowing if we will return to Worcester or indeed survive if planning is turned down. There were some notes in todays programme(which I have not seen)that makes you wonder just what is going on.This must have an effect on Carl and Matt. This needs to be sorted out quickly so everyone knows what is going on
