Afraid I cannot work a way to get them enlarged or zoomable on the website... you could try to right hand click, save and zoom through your photo viewer though.

Could you make the images zoomable, or clickable so they can be opened full screen? As they are on the website, its not possible to read the writing as its too small Not sure if I can in all honesty. I'll have a tinker later tonight... In the meantime try pressing ctrl & + to zoom in the meantime.

Technology problems posting them on here, but hopefully you can all see the Pictures of the boards on my facebook page... As Julian said, they should be up on website at 9pm too.

Well I think it's a fantastic signing. We all know how good Nath is between the sticks. The main differences in the quality of football I've noticed at this level compared to step 2, is the time on the ball players get, and the quality of keepers. The fact that he's dropped from National League to Midland Prem to play for us in my opinion speaks volumes.

I've no idea of the playing budget, no idea if Brad was offered more money by City to stay or not, but I do know you shouldn't believe everything you read.

I ended up buying the game from the F.C. United shop for £20. It came yesterday morning. Thanks for the advice. Currently £18 saving compared to Steam - I'll expect a pint!

Do we keep signing him? He decided to come back this season, first game got an injury to his knee and has been out since. He's a good player, local, good voice and a player I'm very glad we have around.
There was an article recently that he may be back around the xmas period. I highly doubt he's on a weekly wage, instead only on a 'pay as you play'... so no harm having him registered really.

A slight correction to Julians comment - we had 2 shots on target that I noticed... on being Forsyth's effort in the first half, the second being the goal.
In a twisted way, you could say that's a 50% shots on target@:goal ratio... but we weren't at the races today, and better performances than that are needed.
Bad game, bad City performance, bad result. Not a ground I'd rush again to either!

I've been playing the FM18 beta - some interesting new part in social groups within the squad have been added, and if you set up as a former sunday league player taking the reigns of a professional club, there's a very good chance the squad don't listen to you very much initially. I've been sacked twice already. Once from QPR, once from Notts County after failing to get any consistency.
Currently trying out Oxford United - Somewhat better results.
edit: don't buy the game full price - check the club shops of teams in the game - they get a load of free copies to sell, often at cut prices... I think we were selling them at £20 a pop last season. Check clubs like Gloucester and I'm sure you'll find a copy on the cheap.

I'm looking at sorting a backdrop for our interviews, but until then, you'll have to put up with the Bromsgrove backdrop.
As for Colin, whenever you've seen him in the background, he's been tidying up after the game, making sure we don't leave the ground in a state after a game.

For me possibly the least interesting half of the season so far, with the quality showing very rarely. Haughmond sat back and tried to frustrate City, doing so well, as a good number of the fans around me were certainly frustrated!
Second half I thought a sucker punch was coming, but glad to be proven wrong by Hughes who worked tirelessly all game, not only for his goals, but also when he moved out wide, dragging a player or two with him to open gaps for others to get a chance from. Baldwin is a bit of a mystery, but surely made a good case for a starting spot today - I think his last start was against Littleton where Hughes post match criticised his performances when starting a match, so glad he got 2 assists in a game where he was the main focus of City chances.
The youngsters didn't look too out of place, and I'll defend Mat Birley who according to the WN was a doubt pre match - a few stray passes certainly, but put a shift in and I thought offered a few nice flicks to create chances at times.
All in all, 3 points in a game where two youngsters make a debut, and 3 first teamers out of action are 3 points to be glad with. Especially as Bromsgrove lost, closing the gap at the top.

Largely, I've felt that the updates we've had from H&W have been pretty decent this season. We've been treated in the past, having a commentator at just about every game for years gone by. We've had BBC H&W giving updates on just about all of our games, and they've had a reporter at 3 of our games so far. Max, our PA announcer sends over post match interviews to them, which more often than not get played post match on the radio. Of course I would love full match commentary for every City game to be broadcast out on their main frequency - I told Trevor Owens this myself... but we must be realistic of our expectations. Remember, a lot of clubs at this level get no press coverage at all, unless they have a good cup run. For those that cannot make games, here's a few links to where you can keep up to date with the game/City going ons: I post regular updates to the club Twitter each game. The Rocester game was probably our least tweeted league game so far this season, and there were still 30+ tweets sent out. On YouTube we will have a highlights package from most of our 'home' games from now onward, along with player and manager post match interviews. There are plenty of interviews going up on the club website along with previews and reviews of games and photos of the match from Rob, Chris and Peter. Worcester News have sent a reporter to just about every game so far this season, usually having their live blog up and running, along with interviews/analysis throughout the week. Worcester Observer are sponsoring the City team sheets this season, they've also been to 5-6 games already this season, covering match's, doing interviews etc. Not to mention BBC Hereford & Worcester, who give updates on air be that via social media updates or by sending a commentator to the ground. Not forgetting the facebook updates ! I didn't mention the facebook updates because it's just so obvious!

The management are given a budget to work with by the board, as with any club.
The budget given isn't overspent. That's the in and the out of it. The budget could be a million quid, it could be a tenner. The point is, Snape and Hughes are not overspending what they were given.
It's almost impossible to know how much the club will make or lose this season. We don't know if 100 fans will turn up to the next home game, or 1,000. We don't know how far we will get in the Vase, how many scarves will be sold on the shop, or how many new sponsors we will get.
I'm not making a prediction as to if we will make [£x] profit or loss this season, because I personally don't know. The playing budget is within the set budget. That's a fact.

Glad Danksy's tweets were enjoyed! Certainly made my evening interesting!
A good game and 1-1 a fair result I thought. City looked confident in defence for the first time in a few games possibly thanks to the return of Tyler Weir, who I thought put in a very good returning shift. Food I had was good, and £1.95 a pint in the club house too! Bargain!
I'd have taken a point before the game, especially seeing as Hayward and Jay Smith were out due to the crash they were in.
On to Rocester, where I hope the food is just as good as Khalsa... but I doubt it.

i hope that the playing budget is not being exceeded........I may have said this before. The managers were given a budget, and they are sticking to it. It isn't being exceeded.

For the record, I've not heard of any decision made by the club on the matter.
"Me, Lee (Hughes) and the board are dealing with it internally and we are going to make a statement on it later on in the week,” Snape said. (http://www.worcesternews.co.uk/sport/wcfc/15614073.City_skipper_Birch__let_himself_down__in_foul_mouthed_social_media_spat_with_Weir__says_Snape/)
I'm neither John Snape, Lee Hughes or a member of the board, so I'm not the one making the decision. Same as I wasn't the one making a decision on an incident a couple of weeks ago.

City at home in the second round of the vase, up against Highgate United, who are also in our league, currently sitting 12th. Among their ranks is Marco Addagio, who has 14 goals in 18 games.
