Maybe Plan B is dropping down a league again? Therefore it won't cost anything to upgrade.

Thanks to Jezeph pulling off some cracking saves we got a draw. Could have been a lot worse. Some woeful passing. I thought Wulfrunians packed their defence well. The ref as usual at this level was sub par. Stopping the game at least 3 times for non head injuries. Even with a poor ref you have to ask for consistency.
Didn't see what started the scuffle at the end.

Unfortunately we've been caught out with that before. Ref turns up and cancels. Hopefully official announcement soon?

Still no official word. But Evesham game is definitely on if anyone is looking for a game to watch.

I thought the ref was quite clear at pointing to the dug out whilst brandishing the yellow cards.

Yes, another game of 2 halfs. Great to see they don't just give up in the second half. Highgate only having 2 in the sin bin was lucky for them. Should have been more. Ref didn't seem to think handballs were an offence.

HT 0-2
Thoroughly miserable first half. Scrappy and full of mistakes. A couple of cracking saves by Dan.

So 10 minutes in and we're 1-0 down and Highgate's reputation of "over exuberant" challenges is in full effect.

Scrappy first half. Made a fair few chances but lacked the passing skill of the the last few games.

My worry with Warriors, is the amount of money they're losing every year with quite decent crowds. Is the whole set up really long term financially viable?

If it's a matter of survival, then yes. But tiny crowds in large stadiums is a horrible atmosphere. I remember Gateshead.

I think Claines Lane is preferable going forward and getting younger fans back to the club. But, short term, with an older fan base, there's no parking within reasonable walking distance. Although I suppose free bus passes could come into play?

I usually listen the BBC HW on the way home from the football and even with a 9-0 victory we only got a few seconds airtime. Luctonians got several minutes. The local radio really have given up on us.

I was interested in the sin binning that is not used here. The Worcester News report suggests that the Warwick bench were not au fait with the rules with their attempted substitution. Has this been used much by referees since it was introduced? At the beginning of the season, one of our opponents had a player sin binned in injury time. Everyone at the time assumed he'd been sent off. It wasn't until the next day I read he'd been sin binned. Yesterday the ref showed the yellow card and pointed at the bench. Which I'm led to believe is the signal for a sin bin.

Well apart from the first 5 minutes of the second half, that was a fantastic performance. Great team effort all working together. For me, personally, I found the great discipline they had was a welcome change from years previously. I can think of a few players that would have been wound up by Racing and probably picked up a couple of yellows.
Racing's number 8 was lucky to last as long as he did. Never seen a player give so much moaning to the ref for the whole time he was on the pitch. I thought the sin bin call was right and although a lot of people around me seemed confused as whether he was booked or sent off, I thought the ref indicated very clearly that it was a sin bin offence.
After some truly dire performances, I hope this is a sign of things to come.

Seems they were in the bar. HT att 310.
Winning 2-0 RCW down to 10 men. Their number 8 could be next. Hasn't stopped complaining to ref and linesman.
Great performance by City. Totally dominated the first half.

Abandoned due to racist abuse. At any level it's bad, but lower league clubs should have a better handle on it.
