It is no good calling the idiot out Jem - we both know that he can't name who the "infiltrators" are because he is making it all up. It is a figment of his overactive imagination. My theory? An ex-player with a grudge - presumably because Snape thought he was shite so got rid of him. Couldn't give a toss what one of Snape's boys thinks about anything. If you're anything like Snape (which you appear to be), then you know as much about how 'shite' a player is as I do about ballet.

They're probably many good, honest people in the Trust. Unfortunately, the lackeys of John Snape who have infiltrated the Trust have the loudest voice. Can you tell me who the lackeys are? The Trust Board consists of Me (Jem Pitt) Dave Wood, Neil Cox, Gavin Warr, Jack Hundley, Ken Johnson, Mike Davis, Julian Pugh, with Rob Crean as Secretary. So which of us is an infiltrating Snape lackey? Let me know either on here, or by PM, and I will arrange to have them disposed of via my friends in the Russian Mafia. You appear to know things that would be very useful to get out in the open, it would benefit all of us to know, so please, take this opportunity to help the club, and the Trust, and let me know. Interesting question. Perhaps your mafia friends should have a 'chat' with all just to be on the safe side?

And what's your contribution? Making veiled, snide remarks and trying to damage the reputation of the Trust at the time the fans need them most? Stay in your box, I can see your motivation. the only person I see trying to damage the reputation of the Trust is you (by implying some sort of infiltration by the imaginary "lackeys" you have invented) Grow up or shut up You joined the site and within a day asked for my ban because you didn't like what I was saying. Only child here is you, you clearly can't handle adult debate. If you have a mirror in your house, go have a word with yourself.

Yes 100% It will be the day after the WCFC Ltd AGM. I despair Rich! What sort of response is that from a Supporters Trust representative?! The Trust is beginning to look as shabby and undemocratic as the Board of WCFC Ltd. They're probably many good, honest people in the Trust. Unfortunately, the lackeys of John Snape who have infiltrated the Trust have the loudest voice.

Unfortunately, I was unable to make today's game. A friend text me when Reynolds scored, but regrettably I have no insight on today's game.
I can only hope that today's score reflects an improvement in defence rather than poor finishing by Lye Town. Biggest problem with this league is that you have little, if any, insight into the opposition until you've seen them play. This wasn't a problem in the VN, you more or less knew what to expect. How many people here could name a Lye Town player before today? This puts City at a huge disadvantage. The other teams on the league are far more familiar with each other than City are.
Not saying it's an excuse for anything short of promotion, but still.

You must have been apoplectic with rage when John Snape signed as a player then? Why? I knew little of John Snape in 2002. My opinion of Snape back then was merely that he was a sub-standard footballer. If you were to tell me back then they he would one day be the manager of WCFC, I would have laughed in your face. It was only in very recent years when the character of John Snape revealed itself to me that I learned how much of a threat to the club he really is.

Zeke's childish and hypocritical reply aside, I meant no disrespect to Long Eaton. However, when used to playing at the standard that City have been, it is difficult not to make a comparison with the current competition to previous competition. Many fans will do this when their team is playing at a lower level than before. Respect to you for your passionate and genuine reply. Many on his board could learn a thing or two from you. Here is a passionate and genuine reply, if you don't like the standard of football why come ? Why come and then complain about it ? Why don't you do something better with your time and ours ! I do applaud you however, this is the first post you have made that doesn't reference your personal problems towards the Club's manager. I only wish you had been this vocal when the likes of Dave Boddy, Brian Lancaster and the other thieves were around and killing this Club, of course you were non existent then ! There is only one problem on this forum, that lad is you, I have respected the likes of Who, Zeke, Croc and many others for years. I have no interest in earning your respect. I am disappointed by the standard of football compared to previous years. Does that mean I should stop supporting the club and attending games? No. Like it or not, I've been attending City games for 24 years. I don't intend to stop now.

The only claims I've made in this thread is that John Snape is a s*** manager, and far worse than Jackman, and that City have a poor quality defence. Both of which can be backed up simply by watching the Long Eaton game. Would you disagree with any of that? Genghis, is there any reason why you didnt feel the need to tell everyone about the perils of the Snape until July this year? Why not tell us all about him last season? or the season before? Maybe I would if I knew the forum existed before July this year.

Jackman was 'dicked around' by the Worcester Board and John Snape, but in every interview since leaving he's had nothing but positive things to say about the players. It shows what kind of man he is.
Danny Jackman has more skill in his left testicle than John Snape could ever dream of. For the good of WCFC - Snape out.

Is that by the hour and cash in hand? It wouldn't surprise me. And the Board are aware of this "arrangement" ? I think Snape's glowing endorsements from Hampson cause them to ignore most of his shenanigans.

And you also said that John Snapes Lackeys are being paid by... who? by him? ( hence he goes, they will have to get down the job centre) or are they paid by the club? By Snape, of course. A weak man like Snape has to surround himself with an entourage of stooges to feel better about himself. Fined players, and kept the money? So, John Snape is taking no money out of the club other than his wages? I think asking what happens when a player is fined wages is a perfectly valid question. Is it kept by the club? Donated to charity? Pocketed by John Snape?

You've also made claims that John Snape is stealing money from players, and using club funds to pay for an extension to his house, do you stand by those claims? Actually, I didn't. I claimed that Snape had fined players wages in the past, which is true. I also never said that John Snape was using club funds to pay for an extension to his house - though very well could be. The post you're referring to was in the fundraising thread in which I said "I'm sure that if the proceeds of this were to go to paying for an extension to John Snape's house then it would be getting a lot more support on here". So yes, I stand by that. Especially with users like BlueandWhite Flag on this board.

No, I label you a nutcase because you are. I never get offended by what anyone says, I am humoured by what you are saying. John Snape has never been involved in anything other than managing players, has no knowledge of what is happening off the pitch at the club, and wasn't even at the club when SGL was disposed of, and the SMD debacle led to the clubs downfall. If John Snape had plans for World domination (....in non-league football!!) then why didn't he do it when he had the opportunity at Bromsgrove Rovers? John Snape would be incredibly dense to choose WCFC as his target for Snape United. At least pick a struggling club with an asset! And if he's that dense, he'll fail anyway, so who cares? Do you really think John Snape could work his way through the clubs management accounts, even if he wanted to? Jeez, the man can't even pull a lavatory chain! You've got to make your mind up if you want to make John Snape out to be a devious conniving despot, or a womanising drunken jerk, he can't be both. I don't think he's either, but to be honest, I don't care. I never claimed that John Snape had plans for 'world domination'. You're being deliberately ridiculous and exaggerating what I'm saying. I have claimed that Snape weasaled his way into the position he currently holds due to his close ties and hold on Anthony Hampson. I completely stand by that. I have also commented on Snape's character off the pitch, and I stand by those comments too. If you have no interest in that, and only want to consider Snape's skills as a football manager, then that's fair enough. But, recent results must surely put his position into question even to someone of your mindset, no? Even with the support of the much more talented Hughes, the team is vastly underperforming. The only hope for WCFC is to completely dominate the Midland Premier. Anything less should be considered completely unacceptable.

You label me a nutcase because you're offended by what I'm saying. Either because a) you're a closet Snape supporter or b) you've been brainwashed to believe that he played no part in the downfall of WCFC.
Either way, you're entitled to your opinion. I just feel sorry for you.

Watching Long Eaton today really re-affirmed the 'Sunday League' feel that this division has. As terrible as City's defending was, at least they look like a team.
Now might be a good time to remind people that we're only a division higher than a team called 'Cadbury Athletic'. It gets more embarrassing every week.

Do you tag team with zeke as John Snape's personal jesters? Can just picture you two dancing around with bells on telling jokes for the amusement of him and his lackeys like BlueandWhite Flag. I can't wait for the day that Snape is exposed and you're all queuing down the job centre together. We'll have the last laugh when The Rapture happens and Lord Snape takes us and leaves you!!! Correct. If City will be spending a second season at their current level then I would expect attendances to plummet come the 18/19 season. You mean the club have enough money to exist in the 18/19 season? I am currently not in a position to know that. Unless you're on the Board or are John Snape, then who knows the real finances of WCFC? However, most football clubs run at a loss, so I guess a better question is 'is Hampson going to bother to inject more money into the club?'. The main concern should obviously be to cut off the leech known as John Snape and remove him and his entourage of followers so the club can focus on stabilising itself and regaining all of the lost momentum from previous years.

Long Eaton's number 6 just went to headbutt Griffiths, got sent off for his troubles. A lot of passion shown from both teams, has been a really entertaining game. Still 2-2 in the closing stages. I'm utterly convinced that the weakness is in defence now. Terrible positioning and marking are costing us a game we should easily be winning. Tackling is hit and miss - very sloppy at stages. Still can't get used to City playing at this level though.
P.S. - f**k John Snape.

Mmhm. There was certainly none of that at Villa. I heard the Despot Snape wanted to demolish the villa in question to build a palace in size to rival that of his idol Ceaușescu had in Bucharest. But made entirely out of polystyrene painted purple and orange. Out the front would be an 80 foot high statue of Maurice Munden holding a folder that all City fans would have to worship on a match day before being allowed into the area. The Palais de Snapper would contain 1,483 toilets - none of them would be connected to the water system... Do you tag team with zeke as John Snape's personal jesters? Classless. Wouldn't expect anything else from Snape's boys. Poor little snowflake - don't get all offended when you dish out abuse and get a small amount back - it'd be very hypocritical... What about my post suggested I was offended? You responded exactly as I thought you would. Anybody who uses the terms 'snowflake', 'cuck', etc exposes themselves as an idiot.
