I noticed Snape didn't show his face. Probably too hungover to get out of bed. Absolutely pathetic form from him. Moron When Snape has a s***, do you wipe or hold the balls?

I would rather remain nameless. My goal in joining this forum was to warn supporters of the dangers of a man like John Snape at the helm. Whether you choose to listen to me or just follow the narrative of 'All the club's problems are down there Hampson, the Trust and Snape are our saviours' is up to you. As I thought - you have no evidence whatsoever. Carry on... What kind of 'evidence' do you expect, video footage? Believe what you want, but you're wrong.

I'm not prepared to do that. I just don't want Snape managing WCFC. So you're not willing to put the money where the mouth with and back up any of your claims? I'm sorry - but that renders any integrity or moral high ground you ever wished to have totally and utterly redundant... I would rather remain nameless. I'm not prepared to do that. I just don't want Snape managing WCFC. If, Genghis, you really are so obsessed with, and concerned about, John Snape, why don't you turn up to a training session and put those allegations to him in person? Tim they do not have the bottle to do that, they are very brave behind a keyboard... where the info they are using is from a negative minded ex player who wants to vent anger though sombody else or they are a very agressive ex player who wants to make waves... alot of us speak to Snapper who are true supporters & have never seen him turn up drunk, if he was fining players, they would walk & the board would investigate with the local FA taking an intrest. this is some very sad person who wants to try & cause trouble Another one of Snape's lackeys. I bet you get on great with BlueandWhite Flag.

You have missed the point son.....we dont care about your vendetta against John Snape,he will be judged for what happens on the field this season. We beg you....stop this talk about Abu Hamza and trying to tarnish the managers name. Support the club, support the players. Note that two or three posters have your views, one of which was asked to back up their view....they never posted again.....majority of the posters on this site simply believe you have a problem with John Snape. I only hope you put as much effort into supporting the Perdiswell bid tomorrow ! I support the club and the players. I also support WCFC returning to Worcester where they belong. But at this stage I wouldn't be surprised to hear of Snape insisting on a throne room for himself as part of the Perdiswell bid. He has enough lackeys in the trust to push for such a thing. We'll just have to agree to disagree on Snape. If you all just want to rate him on his on-pitch performances then that's your perogative. I just feel that if you all met him you would change your tune fast.

they can call him "His Royal Wankness" as far as I'm concerned, I don't care, not one player has to play for the club, and now they're not on contract, they don't have to call him anything if they don't want to, they can find another club with ease. If they don't like it, they can find plenty of other clubs to play with at this level. Players are spoilt for choice for clubs. And it doesn't concern you that Snape's ego is pushing players out of the door?

Maybe you should remind Snape that's all he is. He might stop insisting the players refer to him as 'sir' then.

So if Abu Hamza was appointed manager we should just fall in line and support the club without question? That's the kind of mindless loyalty that Snape relies on. Just what exactly ARE you? Great input croc.

Snape is just the manager for now, but he has expressed interest in ownership of the club. It's no coincidence that his lackeys infiltrate Supporter's Trust meetings to criticise everything that Hampson does. Snape wants the club for himself, he's no doubt rubbing his hands with glee at the club's current financial problems. There are many causes, yes, but Snape is a current problem and the only one who escapes public criticism. Hampson, while to blame for many of the club's issues, is already widely acknowledged for the damage he's done to the club. Snape, on the other hand, is treated like a hero. And yet, you still don't listen. Ironic that you post American Football memes. Come a year's time, it's the only sport left that Snape would be welcomed into.

genghis, Who hurt you son? It's not healthy to carry all that anger around, have you consider seeing a therapist? In the meantime the rest of us who support City, through thick and thin (as Tim points out mostly thin in recent times) are looking forward to the new season and seeing how we do with our new players and management team. Pre-season's a time to be optimistic and look forward so don't try and spoil it with a narrow personal agenda. So if Abu Hamza was appointed manager we should just fall in line and support the club without question? That's the kind of mindless loyalty that Snape relies on.

For what it's worth I don't rate Snape. He had little ability as a player (he tried hard) and has shown nothing to suggest he could be a successful manager at any level. Danny Jackman would have jumped at the chance of managing Worcester City but was ignored. Another Hampson error in my opinion Danny said he did not want the manager roll when asked... Jackman was offered the chance to be co-manager with Snape, who could blame him for turning down working with a man of John Snape's character.

1 how can you critise Snape as he & Hughes have rebuilt the team with little budget... 2 football is a team sport, not a one man band... 3 the poor managment cam early in the seanon & Snape was not the manager... 4 the Captain should also be included in the downfall as he should be the link between the players & manager... 5 the captain also became part of the management of the squad with Snape so again is part of the reason 6 only one player & manager stayed with the team from last year, & that shows who wants to be part of WCFC 7 last but nomeans least, i did not see your post but as you make out you are WCFC why would you openly critisise the manager, & yes I beleive Snape can make a diffrence to the club so support him through the lean period... 1) Snape is very good at making himself appear as the 'saviour' of WCFC while hiding the turmoil he's caused behind the scenes. 2) Yes, it is. Snape is the rotten apple that will spoil the bunch, however. 3) Snape was pulling the strings from afar long before he became manager. 4) I'm not claiming that Snape is the sole reason for the downfall of Worcester, but he is the biggest reason. 6) If Snape had left, there would be far more players who stayed on. I don't blame anyone for freeing themselves of his off-pitch unprofessionalism. 7) I can never co-sign anything involving Snape.

He was disappointing, this is true, but Snape is the real problem. Worcester is a Vanarama National level side, and I don't see small-time Snape ever getting us to that level. Worcester City isn't a Vanarama National level side, it hasn't been for over 30 years. No-one will ever get us to that level, Mourinho would not be able to get us to that level., because the club is broke, which is why they resigned from the Vanarama League altogether. The manager of WCFC is irrelevant. Apparently the manager is important, since my topic criticising Snape got deleted. Last year's Worcester squad at the start of the 16/17 season was capable of being a Vanarama National side imo. Poor finances certainly contributed to the downfall, but finances can change. Poor management from Snape, who many players dislike working with, was the key factor for me. Edit - and know the topic is back. Glad to see it.

Neither should most football managers, mind you, has John Snape ever managed a football club before? He's got to start somewhere, and if he's crap, well he'll soon find out. Most of us have never had a personal experience with John Snape, and have no reason to ever have a personal experience with John Snape. He's got a job to do, he'll either do a good one, or a bad one, and sure he'll piss people off, he'd better, or he isn't doing the job right. And whatever happens, it won't make a jot of difference to the financial situation at WCFC Ltd. At the end of the day, he'll be judged as a manager on performance on the pitch, nothing else, and he'll be fired eventually like all managers are, that's the life of a football manager. And the world will keep revolving strangely enough. Ok then. I look forward to revisiting this topic in a few months.

I would. Just don't trust Snape, that's all I'm saying. He makes promises he can't keep, and has far too much confidence in his lacklustre abilities.
I criticised Hampson too, I don't see anyone jumping in to defend him.

Another example of BlueandWhite going at someone for criticising Snape. I stopped reading at "One thing I do appreciate is the honesty and passion of John Snape"! Don't make me laugh. If only you knew... Oh no no no....do expand....youve obviously signed up to the banterboard just to make this comment so why stop there ! This kind of thing is what brought on my comment, which is apparently justified. It's up to everyone to make their own mind up, but my personal experiences with Snape are largely negative. He should not be managing a football club.

It is relevant if you're so far up it to take any criticism of Snape as a personal insult. If you disagree, fine, but try and understand that not everyone has the same glowing experiences with Snape that you apparently do. I don't have any experience of him at all, he's just the present football manager, that's all, he's irrelevant in the big picture of the football club. He has no influence on the direction of the football club, he's already said that he's got no idea of the budgets or the forecasts that the club is working to. In two years time, like most other managers he'll be history, like John Jones or Ian Cooper before him. The flavour of his a**e is of no relevance to anything regarding the future of WCFC Ltd. The flavour of his a**e is relevant in regards to the likes of BlueandWhite Flag, who instantly dismissed any potential criticism of his God Snape. If I had brought it up in my opening post, not in reply to another user, I could see your point. Snape is a notorious liar. If you believe he really has that little control, then that's up to you. I don't believe a word he says.
