We can add Adam Osbourne to the list of ex-City players again. Never really looked on his best game this time around, which is a shame as he has some talent.

Colby Bishop scored the winner (and only goal of the game) AGAIN for Accrington last Saturday. He must have come on a bit since he was with us: or did we not appreciate him enough?

Colby Bishop scored the winner (and only goal of the game) AGAIN for Accrington last Saturday. He must have come on a bit since he was with us: or did we not appreciate him enough? Great player, really dedicated hard worker and now at last getting the chance he deserved. Was tremendous for Leamington last season and has started this season on fire three leagues higher. Could well end up a Championship player before too long.

How we could do with Mikey Taylor back. He was the Harrison/Brown of his day for us, only quicker. Scored a 16 min hat-trick on his debut in the cup for Bromsgrove and a further 4 goals yesterday in the league.

Lee Hughes scores in Mickleover's 1-0 win on Saturday......I think that might be his fourth goal in as many games.

Not an ex-player but with the decision to end the domestic season in Wales it means the Andy Morrison managed Connah's Quay Nomads are crowned champions of Cymru Premier League

Ellis Deeney has dropped down to Stourbridge from Telford, maybe meet halfway and sign him up next season IF City get promoted. I rated Ellis.

Was always going to be difficult for them to start with this season, injuries galore already and used five keepers in the first six games. Major squad upheaval from last term and they didn't look anything like the Highgate of old earlier this week. No real edge to them. Be interesting to see who fancies the gig.

Ex City Goal Keeper Matt Sargeant played for Highgate United on Saturday, on loan from Alvechurch ? also playing was Sam Oji and Connor Mooney. Joe Hawker played for Tividale , i cannot understand this one went on loan to get game time, one of the best players last season, considering we are leaking goals, bring him back into the side. On the subject of Mark Owen leaving Droitwich, it would be nice to see him involved with the club again in the future.
