Lee Hughes has taken over as manager of relegation threatened Halesowen Town Fc , his assistant manager is ex Worcester City player Asa Charlton , our scout is all joining Halesowen Town. Lee replaces Rob Smith and Larry Chambers who haven't been able to make any impact on pulling away from the relegation zone. Tyler Weir has announced he has left Halesowen Town, and has been in talks with John Snape on a return to the club as mentioned at the agm.

Unless there are two Bradley Birch's he has just been done for drink-driving (after having been advised by the police that he was not in a fit state to drive) and been disqualified from driving - I think it was for 17 months. He said he would have no job from yesterday onwards because of losing his licence.

Does anyone know if George Williams is still playing for MK Dons? I saw in the Sunday papers that a George Williams (not an uncommon name I know) had scored for Forest Green AGAINST MK Dons last Saturday and wondered if he had changed clubs?

Sean Geddes has joined Evesham United as player/coach for next season. Halesowen Town FC first signing for next season is ex Worcester City George Forsyth who has signed from Stourbridge who missed out on promotion in the play offs.

He then made 12 appearances for Gresley.

Three ex-City players on the scoresheet on Saturday: Colby Bishop scored his 1st goal for Accrington, Symmo scored the winner for Hereford at Blyth and Dave Reynolds scored Evesham's only goal.
