Looking at a few of the other Midland Premier clubs, there is quite a range with day tickets/season tickets. Bromsgrove are 7 quid/125 quid with kids under 12 free. Whereas Coventry Sphinx have 60 quid season tickets with a free matchday program every game. Kids under 16 free. Anyone know when City announce prices. Probably going to be the more expensive end of the spectrum?

They will need to get it right otherwise I don't think there will be massive demand!

What a pity the Club haven't sought to canvass opinion from supporters to find out what we think would be reasonable prices.

They can offer free admission for all I care. I won't go and watch anything that Hampson and co. run. This is no longer WCFC.

It'll be the most expensive price they can levy at this level.

It'll be the most expensive price they can levy at this level. City would be wise to charge the same as Bromsgrove - i.e. £7.00, no more, no less.

IT will cost Worcester City's adult fans £8 to watch Midland League Premier Division home games from the Victoria Ground terraces next season.
Season tickets for City, who have dropped three levels and will ground-share with Bromsgrove Sporting for a second campaign, are £140 for adults, £100 for concessions and students and £40 for 12 to 16 year olds.
They include entry to all league games for the coming season but not cup matches.
But season tickets will provide priority incentive to buy all cup fixture tickets.
The turnstile prices are £8 for adults, £6 for concessions and students, £3 for 12 to 16 year olds and under 12s can attend for free if accompanied by an adult.
Anyone who paid money earlier in the year for a 2017-18 season ticket in advance are asked to call the club on 01905 23003.
Season tickets will be on sale at Worcester Tourist Information Centre next to the Guildhall and at the Victoria Ground on dates and times to be announced once all fixtures have been confirmed.

Wow!!!! only WCFC could possibly consider charging a higher price than the club they are ground sharing with - im sure the Bromsgrove support will be absolutely delighted and indeed fully supportive of paying more to enter their own ground for the 'away' fixture ......bangs head with large hammer

The Board do at least know their customer. There will be a few "angry from Manchester" type comments , sucking in copious air through gritted teeth......but they'll still turn up and pay, after all, the lads deserve it don't they?

In any other walk of life, would a group of people put up with the kind of s*** that football supporters do? And the Board always use the "don't upset the players" routine, and fans fall for it. Seriously, before last season, I got accused of stopping a player join WCFC because of comments made by me about the financial situation at the club. We've just got to be good little girls and boys, and support the lads, or else you're not a real supporter. So come on, it might be the same product at the same level at the same ground, but to watch WCFC play it costs more, don't complain, get cheering on the lads! right !!

Maybe a few more supporters will stop and think just who they are supporting. By propping up Hampson they are, in fact, ensuring WCFC dies.

Got to give it to Hampson and Co. They're world class at taking the p*** out of their own supporters. Well not for me, I can't handle that. I'm not giving these morons any more of my money.

I have no intention of doing so either but I do Intend do do some away fixtures as I don't want to lose touch with friends I have had for many years. Don't mind spending a few bomb at someone else's club. At least they might be run properly!Although I don't agree with them I can, grudgingly, see why some fans will still go.I'm not from Worcester so I can get off to Sutton without feeling too guilty. Must be much harder for a native Worcester person.

I'm looking forward to going to Lye Town again, I havent been there since watching my boy play. And same with Stourport, and there's Westfields, Willenhall, where Sporting Khalsa play, which was the first ground I travelled to to watch City play after we were relegated from the Conference! So many decent away games, all so close, and cheaper, and I can go to Bromsgrove when City play away from home there, and watch them for £1 cheaper! madness!!

Well what a bunch of bloody idiots, I had considered going to home games this year. This however confirms the continuation of my boycott....... Well done Hampson & your band of robbing thoughtless b*****ds !! Perhaps it's time for the trust to recommend a mass boycott of supporting home games & possibly arranging transport to away games. As if you're not doing enough work for us already

Jimbo, This is where I was coming from on another thread last week. The current supporter base is split into at least 4 groups as I see it. 1. Those who have completely lost interest due to the way the club has been run and no longer attend at all. 2. Those who are effectively boycotting home games because of the current regime and will attend away games. 3. Those who will periodically keep going as they aren't fully aware of all the circumstances and think they must handover a few £'s to try & keep the club going. 4. Those loyal band of souls who simply love the club so much they will continue to buy season tickets or pay to watch every game.
You could even add a 5th small group consisting of those who still back Hampson and the current board but I would like to think this only extends to a very small number?
For the majority of us don't we have to come together under the umbrella of the Trust and let the Board know that unless there is at least a greater degree of transparency then we are simply not prepared to keep putting our money into the club. Personally I would go a stage further and say the majority of the support has no faith in the current board and until they are gone fans will boycott games!

I am watching this with interest. My view within the Trust is known, but so far we have not proposed a blanket boycott. Personally I believe its got to that time now where it is the only option left to communicate with our Board of Directors. However, this has to e a decision from members of the Supporters Trust, if any member feels that this is the time to make this stand, just PM me, and I'll take it forward from there.

10 MATCH SEASON TICKETS
Why have these been dropped, I for one used to buy two of these tickets so I could use them for myself, family and friends ?

I'd support the trust calling for a boycott of games. It might raise criticism from the public who will use it as a stick to beat the idea of a new ground etc. However it would be terrible publicity for the board if the press covered it - which is a big if.

The local press would cover & it wouldn't surprise me if the National Press covered it as well

Then I think it's the way to go. The more distance we can put between the board and supporters the better.

I'm certainly willing to boycott home games and just go to a selected number of away games if this action will help the situation.

Trust Board...... Will you do anything to promote boycotting home games. There seems to be some support for the idea.
