Mr T and I would like to wish all the supporters, players, management, board and everyone connected with the club and their families a very happy and prosperous New Year and may 2008 be the year that City get their name on the map and Warriors go down!!

I also hope 2008 is the year WCFC re-awake, however I don't want the Warriors or any other sporting body associated with the Faithful City to fail. I want us all at the summit so we can show the world what can be achieved within God's county.

I rarely wish people a Happy New Year on the grounds it rarely is; I don't see what the difference is between December 31st and January 1st. They are just successive days in the week. I never stop up to see in the New Year. Load of old bunkum.
Bah humbug!!!

HEAR HEAR. WOOOH!!!! It's the last January the 2nd EVER this year. Let's party. So following that theory we can justify a New Year's Eve style of celebration/drunkeness every day of the year...

Alison wrote "I just love spring and I will bore tha pants of the both of you about how fantastic it is!"
Now at least we are in agreement about that; best season of the year, with the promise of new life, new growth, summer days to come, end of our promotion hopes for the umpteenth time. Nothing to be grumpy about there (except one).

Nope I had a horrendous headache, and I hardly drank a drop. I think it was because I stayed up way past my bedtime. At my age I have to go to bed early!
