To follow a team that wins! Maybe someone will look up the last time we won 4 league games on the spin? Terrific stuff and a chance to really close in on the play off places against Telford tomorrow. TUFC have a mean defence so it will not be easy. My money is on a draw but matbe just maybe the big crowd will lift the players and a fifth win...

got to admit BDS that winning is a lovely feeling, but with the 4 games over the Xmas period I would have been happy with 8 points - draw with Harrogate and Telford, and the double over that lot from up the road, but 7 points already is a real bonus. I'll still take a draw tomorrow and the 2nd win over that lot

Yes, those of us that were fortunate enough to follow the City 30 years ago can vouch for the fact that you never get tired of winning games week in week out; a word of caution though - RD won't be able to keep this run going indefinitely, so I hope the euphoria brigade won't start moaning when we lose a few.

"...when we lose a few." I don't think we will lose a few; one or two maybe, but I just have a good feeling about Richard Dryden's management.

He certainly appears to say the right things, and has the ability to motivate players. CTOD is right with the word of caution, its after a couple of bad, or even odd, results, that the managers ability to build up the team again is most important. Many people from supporters to the Boardroom had a good feeling about Preece too! But Dryden could have a touch of George Rooney about him, a bit of class.
