Personally I think he is, its the managers job to motivate the players around him. Its the scouts job to spot the talent. Preece clearly couldn't get his players playing as a unit that really wanted to win football matches.

Yesterday, was my first game of seeing RD in charge and i must say i was surprised on how different the side was. A lot of confidence in the squad and it is showing and lets hope getting 7 or 9 points over xmas and new year!!

I agree .... its must be a managers dream to have Carl Heeley & Paul Carty in such close quarters. It seems as though all their enthusiasm for the winning is rubbing off on the players??

I seriously doubted whether we would get anything @ Harrogate, so I must add my congratulations, belatedly, on a fine City victory.
There will be those amongst the top clubs who will be looking over their shoulders at us now.
Roll on Boxing Day! C'mon City .....and not too much Christmas pud tomorrow lads eh?
