Dont know what the injury situation is, I'm afraid. Apparently non picked up at Guisely, but
Danny? Patrece? Burley? Webster? Danks? Findlay?
That could be half the side.

Of all those above it's Patrece we've missed the most. We were more solid before his injury.

A better one than Burscough are at the moment, trail as they do at Holker Street; 4-0

Its not easy is it, what I am trying to do here is to show just how limited the squad is in numbers and quality and thats what the new man is getting when he finally sits down to sort out his team. Like I said in an earlier post you cant make a silk purse out of a sows ear, its going to be a long haul. the new man can only work with what he presently has and a little patience is going to help along the way

well if it's "a little patience" that's required, maybe we should bring back Mark Owen! And make Gary Barlow our first new signing

Phil Parkes in goal?? He was one of the worst keepers I've seen down the Lane. Not a patch on Bob Knight, Paul Hayward, Shane Higgs, or Danny McDonnell.

The only player worth listing on the team sheet is Mike Wright, he might do better on his own.

The imbalance may be the reason for the "not good enough" perhaps a better balance would allow the players to express themselves better.
