Video Quality is rubbish but at least you can hear what the new gaffer is saying. All i can say is that i am very encouraged by what he has said, they are only words but I'm more confident now that he is the right man for the job.
We want to hear confidence from our manager, Preecey (and i don't mean me) had nothing about him tail end of last year and early this year. I think preecey lost control when Jock left.

The video quality was fine for me - and I was much encouraged by hearing what the man had to say. After the talking comes the tough bit - results!
