From WEN
"Meanwhile, City have extended the loan of Peter Doran for a third and final month.
Defender Doran has made nine starts since joining from Walsall and will remain at the Lane until November 28."

Actually I don't think he's as bad as a lot of people say. His runs are good and he shows some skilful touches. His crossing needs work though but I think if that improved he could be very useful.

What is the point? He is in his own little world. He can play brilliantly when he wants to BUT he seems to spend his time skulking down the wing and leaving his man totally unmarked.
This man is not a team player. Get rid of him!

Even though I think he has had a nightmare in each of our last two games our squad is too small not to keep him on until the new manager is in.

I don't think he's bad at all; he's got the right sort of spirit and played out of his skin at Telford, despite having a bad knock.
We need more players with his kind of attitude.

He was the worst player on the pitch at Hucknall, and that takes some doing.

"the other 10 pieces of s***e.."
Just shows the ridiculous extremes of viewpoint seen on here; we have some very good players in our squad. They just ain't putting it together every time.

If you deliberately stay away, you aren't likely to see any performances, good or bad!
As for Doran, he was robably MOM against Leigh RMI, but by far our worst player against Southport. It doesn't seem to be lack of effort, just lack of ability.

I tend to think we have kept him for the reason that niels gave on the basis that someone is better than no-one.

He can't keep goal side of the opposition and he is a yellow card waiting to happen in every match due to his liking for kicking the ball away when a decision goes against him. He's much better going forward as long as he doesn't try and shoot!
