I preferred that system. Keeps the season open longer. I wpnder if there is a bye for any club that has to play a club that doesn't meet the ground criteria? Also is Step 4 the highest we can go at this ground? |

Zeke - what would need to be done to get out of step 4 to step 3 ground wise? Not that City are likely to be that position for many years, but would be interesting to know.
