I will close the voting for the August P-O-M next Friday. We plan to unveil the winner before the Leigh RMI game next Saturday. If anyone would like to make the presentation on the pitch (and donate a bottle of bubbly) would they please get in touch via webteam@worcestercityfc.co.ukThe presenter will get a digital photo of the event and the photo will appear in a future copy of the "City News" match day program and on a new Player of the Month archive web page which will be hosted on the WCFC website. This was a great success a few years back so we thought it would be a good idea to get it going again. If you haven't voted yet have a go before the close, I can reveal there is a clear leader at present.

And today is your last chance to vote.
On the post-match polls that have been on this banter board for August's league matches there was a total of 70 votes cast for the five games. The clear leader on here was Emeka Nwadike with 25 (36%) votes. He was the unanimous choice for the Burscough match. The AFC Telford United game saw 9 different City players receive votes. Twelve different players picked up votes. The second most popular choice was Mark Danks with 11 (16%) votes with Craig Wilding on 10 (14%) votes. Emeka Nwadike was outright man of the match twice. He shared the accolade once with Mark Danks. Craig Wilding and Rapinder Gil were each man of the match once.
