Has left the club immediately, Marlon and Gaz have gone with him.

Fair play to Ashley Vincent. He's an honourable and honest man to decide to resign, as most managers linger on for far too long. He realised his time was up, he'd tried his best, but unfortunately it hasn't been good enough for all concerned, himself included. I'm sure that he's as disappointed with how the results have gone, as much ( probably more ) than the fans. It hasn't worked out, but I wish him well.

I couldn't have put it better.
One thing that I do want to say - I think it's a crying shame the way Lockett and Willis have been treated, we should be building our team around young local players. Ash fell into the same trap as many of his predecessors, including Graham Allner and John Barton, by bringing experienced players that he knows who are past their best or have under performed, with one or two notable exceptions.

Agree wholehearedly with jupu's comments about Lockett: why on earth isn't he playing?
As for Ashley, well I think it was time he went. Thanks to him and Marlon for their efforts: they tried their best, but their best wasn't good enough.
