Obvious question I know but does anyone know when tickets will become available purchase?

On sale to season ticket holders now until 3pm Tuesday. Remaining tickets on general safe thereafter

Where was this announced? I was regularly checking club website and twitter all day yesterday. Now sold out!? Two very disappointed youngsters (and I’m peed off too !!!)

We have 300 tickets available for each game and by taking out 150 season ticket holders leaves 150.
For the FA Cup game, The season ticket holders were sent an email on Monday giving them the chance to buy 1 ticket only. The remaining 150 - 30 for the opposition were then up for sale in the shop from Tuesday at 6pm.
As has been announced several times throughout the summer, those who have joined the Club website for free and allow us to contact them will be notified first directly by email. That email went out to 872 people on Tuesday morning.
We haven't put it on Twitter which has 14,000 followers to give our regular fans the best possible chance to get in.
As 1000+ doesn't go into 300, we are also live streaming the game.
If anyone has any suggestions how we can make it work better, they are more than welcome to send them in to the Club but unfortunately there will be people who are going to be disappointed every single game until things get back to normal.
There are currently ( as of 1PM Wednesday, over 30 tickets available for Saturday)

Rich, many thanks for your swift response. I was just wondering how I had managed to miss the communication. There must have been a temporary glitch with the Club Shop web site this morning as it kept telling me that all tickets were ‘out of stock’. Having read your post I tried again and managed to buy 3 so thanks very much for your help. Much appreciated.
