During his interview with H&W Andy Preece says that City failed to get international clearance for a player by the 3pm deadline Friday to allow him to play yesterday. The clearance arrived at 5.02pm. Who is this player?
PS. Can anyone work out what the first A in TAFKAB stands for.

I think the B stands for someone who used to post on here, the name had some think to do with water, and the T could be for tap again with water in mind.
I'm glad Oogly Boogly's post was deleted cos it was abusive and purile. Funny really cos everything I've read that he writes tends to be in broad agreement with TAFKAB's views on most issues.
I've no idea what any of it stands for but I think I'm related.
The international clearance was for Patrece Liburd, last signed for Cardiff City, who are Welsh, hence the requirement for international clearance - absurd really when they play in the English League. See this evening's Worcester News.
Supporting City thro' thick and thin (now really thin again).
Wales has never been a sofereign state, it is a mere Principality. There is no Welsh Law, and despite the fairly newly formed Welsh Assembly, Wales is governed totally by Westminster (unlike the Scottish Assembly). From the mid 1500s Wales became part of England and still exists as a legal entity of England and Wales. So legally speaking Wales is part of England!!!
Scotland didnt have an international representative team at the time. I love the way Tony Greig qualified to play for England by virtue of his Scottish wife!!!!
By all accounts, City have signed Patrece Liburd, a big centre-half, aged 18 or 19, who was previously in the Notts Forest Youth Academy system, who over the pre-season, played in a friendly for Cardiff and had, as Unibond Premier Guiseley believed, signed for them, before being signed by City. Liburd played for St Kitts and Nevis (a Caribbean nation) in the under-20 CONACAF tournament this year. He should be available against Harrogate, a game from which Rapinder Gill is suspended. Harrogate is also the game targetted for Shabs's return.
I do not know the nature of Liburd's signing - temporary or permanent. It may be more longer-term as the return of JT could be less likely, but until further details emerge, we should perhaps assume that it is a short-term deal.
Although its good to see a centre half signed, I do worry about the idea of bringing in a teenager to do a mans job. Who's the boss at the back this season?
Once we get the centre-halves sorted out and returning from injury/suspension, I'm looking forward to seeing Ryan Clarke move out wider onto the right.
Depending how things go in the meantime, AP may be able to select against Tamworth, rather than merely finding eleven fit men.
There was some comment - I think from Suv - about starting with Craig Wilding. I'd love to see him starting alongside Danks and Webster, as at Hinckley, but regardless of that I think he has been suffering from a groin injury, limiting his playing time. And yesterday was one of those occasions when the four upfront late on actually did work. There have been others, as I recall.
WORCESTER City are furious with the Football Association after they stalled on granting international clearance for a player.
City had hoped to include former Nottingham Forest defender Patrece Liburd for both Saturday's match against Kettering and today's trip to AFC Telford (3pm).
But a paperwork delay meant Liburd, last registered with Cardiff City under the Welsh FA, was ineligible for the double-header but is available for Harrogate on Saturday.
Manager Andy Preece had wanted the player as cover after losing both Rapinder Gill and Nick Colley to ankle injuries on Thursday.
Preece said: "We worked on a team and then we found out that a player we had signed hadn't got international clearance. It didn't get through until 5.02pm when the deadline was 3pm. They received it at 10am.
Preece is likely to stick with hastily-acquired defensive duo Paul Barratt and Peter Doran for the New Bucks Head clash (3pm) but is expecting a marked improvement at the back after the 3-2 defeat to Kettering.
He said: "We were working on defending set-pieces on Thursday and then we conceded a goal from the first set-piece of the game.
"I think that's changed the game and ultimately we've ended up losing a match when we were in front."

Yes we got the point in the last minute, I can't think of any other time 4 up front has worked, I can remember vividly when its actually ended up with another goal being scored at the other end. Schoolboy tactics.
Moor Green, I still see Darren Middleton strolling unchallenged through an empty midfield in the "what goods a f**k**g point!" game. Which were the other games you recall it working in?

Can recall us playing four upfront on a few occasions, including this season when Troy has come on to join Wilding, Webster and Danks. Lots of times when we scored late on last year (there was a run of games, wasnt there) we had the three upfront, and I think we went through a phase of those late push up front games (probably with JT pushing up), around the Romulus time.
As reported in the WN, against Moor Green, "City switched to a 4-3-3 formation, but it was Moors that found gaps to score twice late on. "
To save you looking, the line-up for that Moor Green game (including substitutions) was:
We definitely scored late on against Romulus and Alfreton, but there were other times when it didnt work. Taking Des off for a midfielder or forward was a common substitution around that time, if I recall.
I dont recall the late goals we conceded last year (Redditch and Farsley come to mind) being under those circumstances.
If you can't recall us ever playing four upfront, then why say "And yesterday was one of those occasions when the four upfront late on actually did work. There have been others, as I recall." Yes I well remember JT joining Preece Danks and Kelly in the penalty box for the last 15 minutes of that game, in fact before Clegg went off he'd pushed back to be the final man in midfield, with Nick Colley joining in the fun upfront as well. One of those games that lives in the memory and the turning point in my enjoyment (or lack of) in watching Worcester City. Its never quite been the same since.
