hi there from telford, what are your predictions for monday? obviously we hope to continue our unbeaten start, we welcome you to the best ground in non-league football! anyway, how many are you likely to bring with you, and how do you see your season going? as a newcomer to this league we are stil figuring out our opponents, do you think you have a chance of promotion this season? good luck, and hope you enjoy the day out, cheers dan

We'll lose narrowly on Monday, probably.
As for our season;play-offs at best.
Our only consolation, when like the Scum, we can all remember when your crowds were a fifth(or in their case, far far less) of what they are now......
Still, not your problem;you're a 'proper' club. Good luck? after Mon., though in reality, I don't mean it.....

i predict a nil nil. As for the season, play-offs too far out of reach with the quality of the league this season. Yourselves, Kettering, Harrogate,Tamworth, Southport, Hyde, and even Nuneaton when they click are better equiped outfits than ours - the squad's too small, and a couple of injuries, as we have now, drop us right in it, but i still think we'll get a backs to the wall point tomorrow. After that, best of luck for the rest of the season ...........

Hello from another person in Telford.
I'd imagine this match will be segregated, there should be a decent turnout and hopefully a good atmosphere for this game. Hope you enjoy your visit to the New Bucks Head, enjoy the game (but not the result so much) and have a safe journey home.

From the Telford match preview...... Of course, at the start of the 2000-01 season, TUFC ground-shared at Worcester’s quaint St George’s Lane Stop me if you think I am wrong!........but which part of SGL is quaint?

There is a quaintness if you look from the Canal End, over the changing rooms, where you can see St Georges Church, especially in fading light with the floodlight pylon illuminated, honest!!!!

Or indeed as you watch people stood on canal boats as they float past at the Canal End.

Because otherwise it would be doing it's job properly. We like tinpot, weird things which don't work properly. Like our clock

I'm heading for Telford without any enthusiasm, having booked my place BEFORE the Kettering game. Our supporters will be out-numbered about 15-1 I reckon, which must give the home team a terrifica advantage and given Saturday's result I can't see us exactly being in the right frame of mind for this one.
Still, as someone once said, it is "better to travel hopefully than arrive" so I must cheer up and at least travel hopefully!

Yes cheer up and stop being so bloody negative Why on earth are people scared of telford? They are a newly promoted side and despite their bigger crowds, they do not have million pound players, indeed two of them are city rejects. They are more a physical side than one of any quality. so positive please, we can get a result there today.

That's right only four games. Three points from a possible twelve. Telford must be quaking in their boots.
