Wow! A 5-2 win - quite a tonic after last week's drab performance.

Most likely too little, too late for this season, but good news nonetheless. I want to catch a home game soon. I’ve missed it.

A good win and it sounds like it was a good performance from this young team. Glad to see Jordan Harrison got 2 goals. Hopefully he can build on this and give his confidence a boost.

Thanks to those who ignored Andy Mitchell's blog and stayed tuned into the club Twitter feed 😉.
Nice busy day for me on the twitter

Some scintillating play from the young City side, in particular Locko, Special K and the double J strike force. Skill levels displayed on the 3G pitch were breathtaking at times, could have been 15 rather than 5 and it was only some lucky deflections and the woodwork that kept the score down. We were 3 up before they lost their keeper, and it wasn't so much a case of Quorn being poor as City demolishing them with pace and skill.

We always play well on 3G, maybe that's what we need?

We always play well on 3G, maybe that's what we need? Like at Romulus and Boldmere, two away defeats you mean?
