I heard the Despot Snape wanted to demolish the villa in question to build a palace in size to rival that of his idol Ceaușescu had in Bucharest. But made entirely out of polystyrene painted purple and orange. Out the front would be an 80 foot high statue of Maurice Munden holding a folder that all City fans would have to worship on a match day before being allowed into the area. The Palais de Snapper would contain 1,483 toilets - none of them would be connected to the water system... Do you tag team with zeke as John Snape's personal jesters? Can just picture you two dancing around with bells on telling jokes for the amusement of him and his lackeys like BlueandWhite Flag. I can't wait for the day that Snape is exposed and you're all queuing down the job centre together.  I didn't know your Glorious Hero Snape ran every company in the UK - or is it just you who has lost a job to him? |

John Snape has never been involved in anything other than managing players, has no knowledge of what is happening off the pitch at the club, and wasn't even at the club when SGL was disposed of, and the SMD debacle led to the clubs downfall. If John Snape had plans for World domination (....in non-league football!!) then why didn't he do it when he had the opportunity at Bromsgrove Rovers? John Snape would be incredibly dense to choose WCFC as his target for Snape United. At least pick a struggling club with an asset! And if he's that dense, he'll fail anyway, so who cares? Do you really think John Snape could work his way through the clubs management accounts, even if he wanted to? Jeez, the man can't even pull a lavatory chain!
You've got to make your mind up if you want to make John Snape out to be a devious conniving despot, or a womanising drunken jerk, he can't be both. I don't think he's either, but to be honest, I don't care.

I agree with everything genghis says and I can only hope that he/she posts more often, and makes further comments about Snape in threads that have no connection to the manager whatsoever. I've always thought there wasn't enough Snape criticism on this board even before he joined the club.

Its disgraceful really , that the criticism of John Snape only started on the 17th July of this year! Even Genghis didnt see fit to criticise him before that! I don't think John Snape got anywhere near the right level of criticism when Wilf Grant was manager did he?

I have claimed that Snape weasaled his way into the position he currently holds due to his close ties and hold on Anthony Hampson. I completely stand by that. I have also commented on Snape's character off the pitch, and I stand by those comments too. If you have no interest in that, and only want to consider Snape's skills as a football manager, then that's fair enough. But, recent results must surely put his position into question even to someone of your mindset, no? Even with the support of the much more talented Hughes, the team is vastly underperforming. The only hope for WCFC is to completely dominate the Midland Premier. Anything less should be considered completely unacceptable. |

Snape has no close ties with Hampson , and no hold on Hampson whatsoever. He never weaseled his way into his position, he was a close friend of Carl Heeley. He only got the managers job because Carl resigned, and the club could not afford a replacement manager. So, of course, I have no interest whatsoever in your fabrications. You'll be telling me that John Snape is involved in Board meetings next!!

I claimed that Snape had fined players wages in the past, which is true. I also never said that John Snape was using club funds to pay for an extension to his house - though very well could be. The post you're referring to was in the fundraising thread in which I said "I'm sure that if the proceeds of this were to go to paying for an extension to John Snape's house then it would be getting a lot more support on here". So yes, I stand by that. Especially with users like BlueandWhite Flag on this board. |
