WCFC - Statement Regarding Company Structure

Following board room discussions the Board have released this statement regarding proposals for the future structure of WCFC Ltd. 


"Worcester City Football Club Board of Directors has agreed that once it's joint planning application for a Community Stadium at Perdiswell has been determined by Worcester City Council it proposes to put before shareholders for decision, proposals for the future governance structure of the Football Club".

Was this a unanimous decision or a cause for a vote to be taken amongst the board?

I have asked for this to be on the next club board meeting agenda so the new directors- me, Jem, Carl and Baz Pinches, can be brought up to speed with any alternatives.
