Many might prefer to see the back of Kettering Town as their full-time status might be considered as likely to see them succeed next season if they remain in this division - even though we took four points off them in the season just gone. I'd prefer to see them stay down as I enjoy the trips to Kettering and I also want them to get their come-uppance for expecting promotion due to their full-time status.
Workington might be high on a lot of people's lists simply because of the distance from Worcester. It's not a short trip for me. Is Workington a short trip for anyone? The town itself has only three pubs selling proper beer so that would be another good reason to get rid of them. I'd still like to keep them as the journey, although long, is one of the most pleasant to get to an away game and I have found the townsfolk to be very friendly and welcoming so I'd be happy to go again but preferably not on a Friday night this time.
Hinckley United is one of the nearer grounds in Conference North to get to from Worcester so might be favoured as one to still have to go to next season. They earned 16 points in the league games against the other play-off teams so they could be said to be more deserving of going up. They are my choice to win the play-offs. In the away game against them they played far better than any of the other sides did against us. I also don't want to have to go to a ground that has inadequate public transport links and which for a night game requires a taxi to get to unless you are willing to walk for some distance along an unlit road with no footpath. Was there a collective turning-off of brains when permission was granted for the ground to be built where it is? City board take note!
Farsley Celtic is one I definitely do not want to lose. When City are not playing I often go to watch Conference North football at the grounds which are easily accessible to me. Farsley's is the easiest one for me to get to. If they go up I could go there to watch Conference National games but I'd rather be seeing them play against other sides which City are going to meet.
