After all the good performances prior to today, when it mattered we didn't play that well, danks (i think) hit the post in the first half but that was about it, a couple of shots went just over in the 2nd period but nothing more. Ah well theres always next year but besides the football what a great day, had such a laughs, dreading some of NBB's pictures and videos though, although I am quite proud of how I never spilled a drop of my pint when i got pushed over . Warriors stayed up though

From what I saw, we struggled to create very much, Danks hit the post in the first half, best second half chances fell to Smith and Colley but we couldn't finish. They probably shaded it, goal was a tap-in from Holland who made a great run across Smith to score at close range after the left winger had skinned two defenders a la Kaka's second goal on Tuesday. Great day out, thoroughly enjoyed myself. Young Thos was remarkably well-behaved, more than can be said for Fenners!

Holland's tap-in was due to poor marking - and similar to previous City defeats at Harrogate. We created lots of chances. This is a City team that 3 seasons ago were mocked by 'Town. Now we are given a load of respect. We are tougher, we challenge, we foul, we cheat. And it get's results up here. But, today, the pitch with it's slope and hard surface and the lashings of water it received prior to KO suited only one team. Harrogate. It's tough and it is another lesson for the Gaffer to remember.

In terms of two defenders running into each other and knocking each other over to leave a forward with all the time in the world to do whatever he wantd (in this case pick out Holland's run) it was pretty much the same.
