A well deserved match for a non-league stalwart.
One issue - was Darren Bullock ever a favourite at the Lane as noted on the website?

I am absolutely thrilled to see Pat is coming back for Paul's testimonial. It will cheer me up no end as I have a math's exam in the morning which no doubt I will balls up!

The game is tonight so let's see as many of the City faithful (and not so faithful) as possible at Saint George's Lane tonight together with our friends from Bromsgrove Rovers.

I'll be there, with my digital camera to snap away at some former City heroes!
Does anyone know a full list of those players confirmed as taking part (I am hoping to see The King in action!)

A well deserved match for a non-league stalwart. One issue - was Darren Bullock ever a favourite at the Lane as noted on the website? I'll ask him next time he cleans my windows!! No reason why he shouldn't be, he showed great passion for the cause when he broke that kids nose with his elbow, the kind of aggression we need in our team

Any idea of admission fee tonight?

£7 pound for adults. I can't remember the children's admission price but you'd never get away with that anyway.

I want my money back. Adam Wilde only played the first half. Best player on the pitch. Barton OUT.

Would have liked to have been there, but work commitments meant otherwise, what were the line-ups? score? scorers? Whens Carts planning a return to football? No I can't believe a broken leg will inconvenience him too much!! Well maybe this time. He's the kind of guy you want in your dressing room in non-league football.

What a thoroughly enjoyable evening and great to see some of the old players and JB, especially the ones that where at City when I started coming to watch them.
I am still in shock that Paul Carty is in his 40s, he looks sooo much younger and is still as cute as ever.
It was nice to see Pat again and to see he hasnt lost his fantastic back pass ability!!
I still cant get over what long legs Danny had, you dont notice them in his goal keeping shorts. I kept thinking there were two Webby's on the pitch!
Nice to see Craig there as a spectator, he is such a lovely lad. How could he have ever played for Stafford and Redditch???
I would love to see any photos that were taken as most of mine seem to be of Pat!!
Special thanks though to Alan Davies who was as charming as ever and happily asked all the City players to sign my programme for me.

From my memory the City XI was:-
Danny McDonnell Dan Parker Dave Holmes ? Allan Davies Adam Wilde Pat Lyons Andy Ellis Adam Webster Mark Owen Phil Stant
Subs that came on for the City XI included: James Coates Tom Warmer Danny McDonnell (up front for last 3 minutes!!)
Bromsgrove XI included:
Chris Taylor Carl Heeley Richard Tompkins John Snape Mark Yates Rod Brown (sub) Rapinder Gill (sub)
Other people may be able to fill in the gaps.

Jon Holloway for City
Darren Bullock for Rovers Nathan Laney I think it was
I cant remember all the names but there was an ex blues player that Mr T was very excited to see.
Their no 3 and 15 were excellent.

Martin O'Connor - good to see him there.
Plus an Alan Davies short corner routine - however, I did not quite come off.
Can I just also thank Alan for taking the time out to talk and get the autographs for Mrs T
