Rapinder Gill it appears is a well thought of central defender. Played for Tipton Town and several black country sides. He has agreed to stay at Bromsgrove until May.

Reading the thread on the link posted by sleepinggiant the mention on there of Paul Carty reminded me that there was intended to be a game between City and Rovers to raise some funds for him following his terrible injury. It was originally proposed to be in January but the weather and City's crowded fixture list were good enough reasons for the match to have not taken place but does anyone know if there are still any plans for the game to be held?

The Carty game is still on and I have been given 2 possible dates for next month, the club are waiting on more information before confirming the exact date though. I spoke to the Bromsgrove Rovers Chairman just after the incident and he said the game would be held at bromsgrove. I haven't had this confirmed yet so please don't hold me to it as things could have changed. When the full details are available I will update the official site.

Does anyone have any info on the Matt Gadsby memorial game that Hinckley are hosting soon? Would be good to go along and show some of that non-league solidarity we all love.

There was quite a bit in the Hinckley programme for the City match the other night. I am sure the details will be on the Knitters website.
I think Sven Mclaren had agreed to manage the opposition and players like Matt Le Tiss and Shilton are lining up for a golden oldies style XI
