Question 1. From the list of 16 candidates I've received representing, current board, Supporters Trust, new board & SHAG I can choose up to a maxmum of 12 people I would like to make up the "next board". Y/N
Question 2. Highest scoring 12 Candidates get elected to "next board" Y/N
Question 3. If I am attending the AGM at County Hall, I don't need to send the "proxy form" back to SGL prior to the meeting. Y/N
I believe the answer is Yes to all, but ..............

One more question: Is there any account taken of the "against" vote? If not why have the box there? Surely you vote for someone not against them? Or have my polling station been getting it wrong?

That'll be the latest tactic to cling to power.......they'll say that people didn't vote against x, y and z, so they will be elected all the same. Call me a pessimist, but I fear the worst with this AGM, and I definitely won't be back afterwards.

I am a bit anxious about returning my proxy form to St Georges Lane as instructed on the form. Do I hand it to someone or does it go into some sort of ballot box? If I hand it to someone and that person looks at it and doesn't like where I have put my crosses, what is stopping him 'losing' it?
I am not going to be able to make the AGM/EGM and want to be sure my vote is registered.

The group of shareholders who are challenging the current board (in all its en carnations) will be issuing a letter to all shareholders this week to outline their candidates CV's and detailing the groups immediate and longer term plans for the club which include a previously undisclosed site for the new stadium which is a very real alternative to the current solution. In the letter they are suggesting that proxy forms be sent to the company secretary via Mr Barry Ward at Barry's office address in Worcester. The address will be enclosed in the letter.

That sounds very interesting, at least there might well be a "plan B". All eggs in the Nunnery Wood basket may prove costly...
