1. Are all payments of PAYE & NI deducted from staff wages and salaries paid up to date?
2. Has any bailiff called at the Club in the last 3 months to recover any debts?
3. Has any debt owed by the Club been secured or compounded in favour of the creditor within the last three months?
4. Has any agreement been made with any creditor to defer payment beyond any credit terms originally agreed within the last three months?
Simple yes or no answers will suffice gentlemen.
(alternatively - answers on a postcard to "Financial Management Competition", Blue Peter, BBC TV, Wood Lane. London W1 1AA FAO Valerie Singleton)

The board won't even call an AGM for shareholders to have their say. They are too frightened to.

Here's two questions for the Board that I have come up with having read AFC Wimbledons accounts
1. How come they can turnover £1.2 million and WCFC only turns over less than £350,000 but more concerning
2. How come they can generate as much turnover from Bar takings and Catering, as we do from total turnover? Over £300k of bar takings and catering!!!!
Looking at Tamworths accounts, they achieved bar takings of over £150,000 with cost of sale of £90,000 - thats £60,000 of generated profit through the Social Club!!!
We know ours doens't do that, we know the reasons why it doesn't do that - so how can the present Board consider themselves the most competent in taking the club forward if they continue to do bugger all about the Social Club!! Even if we generated half that much, over the last 5 years that would have generated £150,000 of profit to the club. Imagine being able to extend the playing budget by £100,000 over that period?
So a very very simple, and final question to Board Director Mr Prescott. As Director responsible for the Social Club and also Bar Manager, what initiatives have you brought in over the past 5 years to generate revenue through the Social Club. This is an important question, and I've posted it as advanced warning - I will be asking this question through the Chair at the AGM!

Good one. My question is even simpler. Where's the money gone?

I've got a question regarding the social club (which only occured to me at the weekend).
The social club has made a loss in previous years and is budgeted to show no profit this season. How can this be, when it is open on twice as many Saturdays as the years previous to Evesham sharing with us?

On Saturday I went to a cracking little ground, Dan was playing for Worcestershire FA Under 18 against Hertfordshire FA Under 18 in the FA U18 Cup, and they played down at the home of Baldock Letchworth Town. Both Letchworth Town and and Baldock Town (who we played about 10 years ago) folded and have reformed as one club. Anyway the ground was a lovely little ground, even had nice touches like astroturf along the sidelines for the lino to run up and down on. After the game I realised I had a problem with my car, so whilst I let the engine cool I went into the Social Club (the lads were dining in the director lounge) and I was struck by two things, firstly how well kept and clean it was, and secondly, how inviting and friendly it was, both these things led to the fact that it was also quite full (this was an FA game only, so not many of those in the Social Club had been to the match! I cam to the conclusion that there was one basic difference between this Social Club and our own anti-social club.....At Baldock Letchworth FC they put the effort in! I belive they even had some pride in their social club, and like people to visit it. What a difference!!! Our lot gave up trying years ago. Worcestershire won the game 3-2, a really good game of football, and the reward? An away game down at Cornwall!!!

that should be played at Truro City's ground - which by all accounts is another cracking little stadium
