As the press statement says, the next stage is public consultation, at which point the plans are issued to the public, for consultation. So you will be able to look at the plans then. Of coutrse whatever you see at the public consultation doesn't necessarily represent what will actually be built, just what will be presented to the planners.

The plans can be as detailed and grand as anyone wants, but the key to the whole deal remains the planning permission at SGL with the price being conditional upon the 90 plus proposed properties being approved. If it's not, the price for SGL gets re-negotiated at today's going rate, with the knock on effect to the build and plans however they're drawn.
