From the Companies House website I have been able to obtain a copy of the Memorandum and Articles of association of Worcester City Football Club Limited.
The following makes interesting reading...
Directors
The number of Directors shall be not less than five, not more than twelve.
Forgive me if I am wrong, but are we not one Director short at the moment?

Yes, consitutionally they are not quorate. However Company Law allows for a company to operate with just two Directors.
Actually, I think we are presently 5 Directors short of being quorate.

Doesn't that mean they have to have an EGM to elect the necessary numbers before an AGM can be held? I don't know my a**e from my elbow on this, but surely if they are inquorate they can't make decisions?
