Archieclaines has not been banned. As for the rest, it is just such feeble bait.

Why do some users of this message board not appear on the "list of active users in the past 24 hours" ? Mr Positive is posting on the forum but not appearing in the active user list. There is a profile option to remain "invisible" which mrpositive has selected. He's not the only one to use this. Personally I don't know why anyone would choose it but it's up to them.

will the moderators please do something about this mrpositive, whos only reason for coming on this board is to cause friction, no other reason. no interest in football, WCFC, banter, or indeed anything positive. He's a typical flamer, all he wants to do is cause trouble. He might not use naughty words, but this is far more offensive and dangerous. Looking at his almost pseudo-intellectual writing where he's trying to be far cleverer than he really is, I think its Brooksider especially with the use of !!! all the time, he's just here to piss people off. So moderators, whats more offensive? Mrpositives flaming or archieclaines calling him a dick.? As a newcomer here, it being only your 4th post, do you think you have any right to dictate terms? I don't think you have. "mrpositive" might be annoying but no more so than far too many on here. Is it because he disagrees with you that you want him banned? In fact, don't bother answering that as I'm not really interested. And archieclaines's comment? That's been deleted and so will archieclaines be if it's repeated.

Big deal-you`d have thought he would have bought a season ticket -at least! I really do not understand the mentality of so many people on here who look for any opportunity, however unjustified, to criticise. "mrpositibe",read it again and pay attention to the words any opportunity, however unjustified There are times when the criticisms are justified and we should not bury our heads in the sand. Buying a season ticket shows commitment to the cause.Surely the chairman of a club doesn`t need to make such a public display of saying`Look at me,I pay to go in!`Not boring, just pathetic! Is it done as a "public display" to draw attention to his action? No. For him to have been seen doing this at 2.15 is unusual as I believe his paying to get in is more often done at a time before more than a handful of others have paid to get in. Do you suggest that a special arrangement, other than paying at the turnstile, be made for him? Buying a season ticket would not show any more commitment than he has already. Preston and Leeds are as critical of the running of the club as anyone That is true but something that annoys me as much as any of the club's failings, past or present, is how the unjustified criticisms are made so that the real issues are obscured. There have been too many instances where an item has been picked up on and used as a stick to beat the board with but has not had any foundation in fact or reasonableness. Those who do so are apparently too stupid to see the real harm of their actions in that all criticisms get lumped together and the real causes for complaint are subsumed into what is regarded as a general anti-club stance There are justified criticisms but they then become regarded by many as just being from the moaners again. I've said it before but why don't you all stick to complaining about that which is detrimental to the club's future instead of picking on totally irrelevant, and often untrue, factors? Failing to do so results in a reaction the same as that experienced by the boy who cried wolf. And I won't even bother with elaborating on much in this thread, and others, that makes primary school playground name-calling appear like reasoned debate in comparison.

The player of the month award hasn't been presented for a while now, mainly due to the official website not having been available. Now that the website is back it's time the PotM was too. If you haven't already voted please go to www.worcestercityfc.co.uk/ and cast your vote. We'll also need someone to present the award before Satuday's game. Whichever kind person volunteers will need to get a bottle of bubbly to hand over to the winning player. The award is intended to be one from the supporters to show their backing for the team and, I feel, shouldn't be affected by any of the other debates and discussions about the club and its future. If you are willing to help with this please let me know. Thank you.

I've just found this: www.freewebs.com/doingthe116/worcesterverslag.htmIt's well worth a read. I used Google Translate to see it in English, well a sort of English anyway! The translation needs translating in parts. Nevertheless, there were some great comments to be read. I particularly liked: "Erkaa had a hot chocolate taste without the appearance of wash and I had a sandwich with crushed bat wings." "Eats a barn where they sell junk. Worcester is the club with the worst food in the UK." "The rest was also very fun, Georgie Dragon was on target and all marginal figures had tried to pass him. That was very difficult, despite the fact that Georgie was as drunk as a monkey." ;D "When Georgie was long it became clear that he had a big drinking problem. The whole package was to drink and Georgie moved there was also a huge alcohol vapor from him." ;D ;D "A wonderful old stadium" "Add to this location and you have one of the nicer stadiums in the lower leagues (perhaps the finest)." Referring to the ground being sold: "It is hoped that project (the bastards) not to buy because this is very nice to see. Fortunately, Worch Star City do not need to be rebuilt," "During the rest Georgie Dragon also ran around with a huge alcohol smoke around them."

Dennis Pearce is now with the Yeltz. Rapid, as stated earlier, is with the Pitmen.
I don't remember Dean Craven. Did he actually play for City?

Yes, many are still bothered.
I don't think anyone is expecting any success this season even though we aren't yet too far from the play-offs.
City supporters have unfortunately long been used to mediocrity but the loyal band who turn up tonight still care and - win, lose or draw - most of them will still be at the next home game because they support Worcester City and not the delusional enticement of silverware. Although attendances are dropping that doesn't mean that everyone has lost interest.
Then again, we have had success already insofar as the club still exists contrary to the predictions of the naysayers.
