As I have been described as a "middle-aged saddo with an empty life" by someone who dubiously claims to have received a PM that would cause me "embarassment" (sic) I expect it's no surprise that I'll be out watching football.
Wetherby Road will be my destination for the big match between Harrogate Town and Kettering Town.

I rarely watch games that don't involve the City, so I'll either: cruise the strip in my twin eight Trabant, pick up a few chicks and hang with them in my jacuzzi; OR I'll pare down my verruca with a pumice stone, fry up some eggs, and then go back to bed in state of mind numbing boredom. It's a close call.

They've even got wireless networks at Aberdeen airport, whatever next!!!! fool It's a marvellous thing, the internet, isn't it? It enables one to check flights from Aberdeen without turning up at the airport. Having done that myself (how sad) I found there were no flights until the next morning so I expect you would have had difficulty getting home that night. Who's the fool?

Travelling to Aberdeen nearly every week, you get to know the flight times pretty well. And the delays! And the fact that you can't get hotel room in Aberdeen for love nor money!!

I hate Saturdays when City have no game (? how do I get thro' the Summer) but this time I was away. However, it was not a good day for us as both Barrow and Boston made up ground on us, damn them!

Got to admit that never in my life have I hated Saturdays. They're probably the best day of the week, loads of sport on, no work to do usually, and everywhere is open. What more could you want? These days a Saturday is spent working on the car, usually involves a trip to Screwfix, or a day out with the family. Life doesn't get much better !!

I love Saturdays. Best day of the week.
Sundays are as good when there is cricket to be had.

Life doesn't get much better !! doesnt sound like the words of a fan or a supporter? ;D True, I'll probably never set foot inside SGL again. Thanks Messrs Preece and Morrison, but I'll certainly never be bored on a Saturday, and I've got enough Sunday football to keep me very happy P.S. Tattoo being changed this week - I still support the club, but nowhere near like I once did. I take an interest, I wish them well, I retain my shares, but it cetainly doesn't have any impact on my life any day of the week.
