Went over to watch Malvern Town play on Saturday and was most impressed with the ground facilities there, exactly what we haven't got at Claines Lane. Firstly a flat 4G pitch, all round wide tarmac pathway around the four sides, a decent carpark too. Most of the things that our Landlords should be providing! The standard of football was poorer than what we see at the City though!

Do MTFC own their own ground? I have only been on there once many years ago. I did not think much of it then, just one old small stand, but the social club was nice.

I'm guessing there are a lot of pre Christmas events booked in there, plus all the business meetings etc. which have already been paid for up front, until then they are playing their "home games" at other grounds like Redditch.

Sorry looks like I was way out - as well as WRFC's Twitter was! - as they went back to 6W yesterday - and won again. I'm not sure how strong a team they have this season, but I would not rule out WRFC making the play-offs again.

Or is that something that the club would have to pay for themselves?

I think you would need to ask Malvern Town FC that question.

I think you would need to ask Malvern Town FC that question. Just out of interest, I did just that (by email). I will let you know if they reply.
