Hearing it’s going to be a 12.30 kick off as it’s been chosen to be live on BBC sport website as the chosen game of the round

Would a replay be on Wednesday 28th? (I need to plan now).

No need to reply about replay. I am most disappointed with Steve's comments on the radio......we would win 5.0. Why would he do that? Talk about giving the oppo an incentive.

Great to see the City on TV and well done BBC MOTD for showcasing grassroots football.
Very disappointing result but overall I thought City were the easily better more dominant team. There was lots of hard work and effort in the heat which cannot have been easy. Apart from the breakaway goal our new look defence looked comfortable. Can’t understand why we didn’t start with Lockett? Looked far more creative when he came on. We lost because no one could put away any of the numerous chances we created. We needed a Reyno a Hughesy or even a Symo. I think that will be our problem going forward.

In fact when the final whistle went, their keeper turned round and shouted "how many goals you gonna celebrate tonight then? Five effin nil?" Hard enough game to win even before we write the opposition team talks for them.

Watching a re-run of the game today, the Heather St. Johns number 9 reminds me so much of Colin Trench!!

I only saw it on the red button, but I thought we went out with a whimper.
I agree with the comments about Steve Goode forecasting an easy win: as for 5-0 that was never going to happen and I can't understand why he said it. Ridiculous!

The last thing you do is belittle your opponents in the FA Cup! Malcolm Allison did that once, and look what happened?

I haven't always agreed with Tim but I too only watched on the red button and I think his assessment was spot on

Becoming standard now. Can you imagine what other clubs fans must think?

Who cares ?
Do you think Hereford fans care what Worcester City fans think of them ? Or Redditch, Kiddy etc....nope
For me, yes weve gone out which is disappointing as we had majority of the game, didnt take chances and got done by one of their only shots on goal.
For me, I look at the positives, last year we went out in the first game so weve surpassed that.
We did better financially as well, beating Stone Old to get winnings, gate receipts from the two games, losers fee from yesterday £960 and the money from the BBC. We potentially did better than two years ago when we went out at this stage against Chasetown as I'm not sure the losers fee was introduced at that point.
On the game, I thought defence looked better with Joe and Craig in the centre, back to it tomorrow!

Dodger - you omitted to tell us that Tamworth are at home to Darlington in the 4th qualifying round. Sorry, I got carried away with the Hereford defeat :D Yes, Darlo still in the cup also means Kiddy don't have a match for a couple of weeks. Their game against Farsley (this Saturday) is off and they were due at Darlo the following Saturday.

Anyone spotted the former City player currently playing in the Potters Bar vs Barnet live FA Cup 4th Qualifying Round match on the red button?

Dodger - any updates from you on the FA Cup trail?
Incidentally, worth pointing out that Chichester City started their run at the same stage as us. It has earned them £82k to date apparently.
