Why didn't he just do like motor racing drivers do? just piss himself? He only had a few minutes to play in pissy shorts! I know Dan did it once in a game when he wasn't feeling too well, and I did it playing rugby at school as well. And no-one ever knew. I bet quite a few players have and no-one knew.

Some of us every game. And often when I wasn't even playing.

Whereas up the road Jason Steele was shitting himself under the crossbar for 90 minutes but wasn't even spoken to by the ref.

Surely the right thing to do was to ask the ref's permission to leave the field of play and nominate someone else to take over in goal. Whether he could then come back on (he would be able to if he'd left the field of play because of injury) I don't know.
Peeing in the goal was quite offensive to spectators, and indeed could well be a criminal offence.
Red card as far as I'm concerned.

Or he could have held on for another three minutes!
