A Question - Is a Fans Forum going to be arranged to discuss the current situation / farce that belies our club ?
A Question - What is the membership levels of the Supporters Trust ? Are the ST ready to step up to the plate if the current board ever walk away ?
A Question - Will the ST make an official announcement on their view of matters within the club and the way forward ?

A Question - Is a Fans Forum going to be arranged to discuss the current situation / farce that belies our club ? - This would be arranged by the club, there was talk of Snapper doing one, but if so, it's unlikely that anything other than playing matters would be discussed.
A Question - What is the membership levels of the Supporters Trust ? Are the ST ready to step up to the plate if the current board ever walk away ? - A difficult one, as without due diligence, it would be unwise for anyone to commit to stepping up to the plate if the Board walked away. Without full disclosure of the financial position, it would not be possible for anyone to take this step.
A Question - Will the ST make an official announcement on their view of matters within the club and the way forward ? - The Trust would be able to make an official statement if they had the information to give such an informed view. As can be seen from the Parsonage Way debacle, the Board of Directors have little intention of working with the Supporters Trust. The Supporters Trust are no better informed by the Board of Directors than any other supporters. Unfortunately for WCFC Ltd. even shareholders are not kept informed of matters.

Fans Forums ? In the pre Boddy chairman days weren't they called AGM's ? Or is 2 EGM's in 15 years the done thing these days ?
Without an AGM and an up to date audited financial position, how could anyone possibly take it on without being fully informed ?
Anyway, as Hampson said, " You're stuck with me " !

It really is very difficult for minority shareholders to have any significant influence over a company. If the club is required to have an AGM but does not hold it what is the remedy? It should be a simple matter in the way that failure to file accounts or a confirmation statement can lead to striking off and action against the Directors so should a failure to uphold members rights enshrined in the company's constitution. Sadly I do not believe this to be the case. So if not the Registrar of Companies then to whom does the minority turn for protection? The FA? The press? The Football Association is a governing body that sets rules but does not govern. HM government has recognised this and demanded change. The FA have responded with some changes although they appear to me to be cosmetic rather that fundamental and I hope HMG sees through this and gets out the big stick. The FA should be the guardians of the game and that means getting their hands dirty where it matters I e in investigating the conduct of clubs and the people who run them where legitimate concerns have been voiced by supporters and shareholders.
