Set themselves a target to raise £300.000 in order to become a Community Owned Football Club. In 20 days they raised £361.643 from 236 Investors. Some achievement, I wish them well

Pfft - they're not genuine fans. Genuine fans sit there and take whatever the illustrious Central Committee pass down via diktat and be damn well grateful for it

'Genuine fans' voted to retain the status quo. Those so called fans who attended the EGM and on a show of hands overwhelmingly supported the Supporters Trust proposal are obviously not genuine fans in the Chairman's eyes.
There are none so blind as those who cannot see and as many of commented the Club will die a slow death unless the Chairman decides maybe he was wrong and looks at how the future could be changed.

Many of these investors are/were businesses and community groups, who would not invest in a Ltd. company. The reasons for investment in community companies is altruistic, Unfortunately, our Board still cannot see the value of being a community club, and there's nothing we can do to change that .
