I don't really recall him at City, but he seems well respected by large groups of the non league family and around Bromsgrove. A sad loss and I think all our thoughts should be with his friends and family.

That's bad news for his family, he was not 'an old man'. But I believe he's not been in the best of health for a long time. Condolences to his family.

I liked Big Jon. Always a jovial character, get him talking about his first love, baseball and he'd be on it for hours. He didn't really leave City in the best of circumstances, but I always found him to be straightforward and enthusiastic. A loss to local football, my condolences to his family.

I am sorry to report that Brian Housman a life long City supporter has sadly passed away age 83, Brian was a ex train driver at Worcester Shrub Hill and supported City home and away over the years. Brian was a regular at Aggborough since our exile from Worcester and sat in the main stand wearing his flat cap and always was very vocal to make his views known to the visiting managers. He never forgot Matt Gardener who kicked a plastic bottle at him when he was at Reddich as a coach after Brian gave him some abuse. Farewell Brian a top man and will be missed by your friends at the club.

Just wanted his City to win!
