Just seen posted on Club website that Carl Healey has seen the light and resigned from the Board. Thanks Carl much appreciated that you have sided with the majority of shareholders and fans if the rest of the Board follow suit and the old Board cease their interference and stop blocking change we may still have a club we all love and not need to go down the Phoenix route but until that happens it's business as usual till the dictatorship of a Board resigns and lets shareholders modernise the constitution so it is fair and democratic for all not the few! If you wish to support Carl and the lads going forward you have my blessing but unless we see the necessary resignations from the Board and the changes to the constitution implemented it's continued resistance of not passing through the turn stiles and spending no money with the Club till that change is implemented to bring WCFC into the modern world.

You know all these years I thought his name was Dave. The more you know, eh?

You know all these years I thought his name was Dave. The more you know, eh? It's not well publicised but he also invented shoes with a wheel in the sole. True story.

I'm pleased for Carl. He's got enough on his plate sorting the playing side out, and that requires all his skills. The Boardroom and the infighting should not be his to worry about. I know that Carl is City through and through and can understand why he accepted the invitation in the first place, but I'm happy for him and us that he has now stood down from the Board.

I also think that, in reality, he would most probably be the only director that would be attending games (FA cup high profile games excepted) and, of course would be virtualy within 'touching' distance of the supporters whilst on his dug-out duties.
The last thing he would want would be off-field comments directed (no pun intended) at him.
