Proxy voting - EGM (Shareholders)

At last night's pre - EGM meeting it was confirmed that the voting would NOT be by "Show of Hands" but by a formal count of individual's share allocation.

All Proxy votes should be with the Clubs Solicitor by 5th July 2016 (19.00pm), address on 'Proxy Form".

Just filling in my proxy form as unable to attend next Thursday and need to post off to solicitors pronto, can someone please let me know which boxes to mark as a supporter of the Trust's plans.
Does my proxy need a copy of the form or just ID to show at the meeting?

We are putting the proposals forward so if you wish to support the Trust, tick "For" on each of the motions.

This is worrying
I am abroad until the 4th my sons only have about 250 between them which might be able to make a difference I can get them signed but not to the solicitor in time
I hope they will be able to count

Simply Jimbo. They don't want shareholders to approve the Trust plans because the puppet masters (old Board members responsible for the Nunnery Way fiasco and can be assumed all will be voting No) are driving this and guiding the 'Inner Board' in a stop the Trust Plans at any price campaign.

So Hampson has been a plant of Hallmark's all along.

Basically the old Board are trying to settle personal scores with some on the Trust who alerted fans to the hi-jinx and flaws in the 'Nunnery Way' plans.
