Stockport have announced that a massive total of 14 of their players will be leaving this summer: www.stockportcounty.com/news/article/county-announce-retained-list-for-201617-3094181.aspxMicah Evans played for us on loan towards the end of last season, I thought he looked rather good, scored a couple if I remember rightly - would be a good player to get hold of if we can. I think Sean O'Hanlon would be a good capture too, has been captain of a couple of clubs, could be a steadying head at the back should Thommo leave. If we wanted to continue our trend of getting veterans, Gareth Roberts formerly of Derby, Doncaster and Tranmere (and Wales) - He's only 38, so a young prospect if we were to sign him! Brodie, the lanky one up front who our fans didn't really get along well with has been released - I don't think he'd be a welcomed signing though!

He's at Hednesford, I thought he looked like a broken man when we played them a few weeks ago (not just because he had a mask like Harry Kane did a month or two ago either).
Would people have Thorley back if he wanted to come? He's a decent player for this league, which is something we need. I'm tossed up on the idea.

Probably reinforces Stockport's ambition to push on and get to the promotion section of the NN next season be interesting who they sign as replacements (are our chaps off their radar?)
Would imagine sides more local to Stockport might be eyeing up the opportunities.

Stockport look like they're gearing up to really go for it next season, further worrying me that this league is going to be even harder. Mind you, we turn up against the big boys, and do poorly against the lower teams. Maybe next season we'll be promotion hopefuls too.

Unfortunately, of course, what it does indicate is that we ain't gonna win against KHFC! Dodger.
