Is Nti really our only player with over a 100 appearances?

No, Weir is on 150-odd, Nti is on about 140.

I believe it's just the two. We've got a lot over 50 mind. I think the next player with most appearances is Jackman with 75ish
At the start of the season we did have Elvins, Deeney, Khan (sort of) and Jacob Rowe all with 100+
Edit: there's a 'players stats' page in each of the match programmes which should be able to fill you in better than I!

We used to regularly have a lot more over 100, 200 etc... Sign of the times.

It certainly is, I would say part of it is due to our money problems, partly due to Willo and Hutch moving on. Selling players hasn't been something we've done in a while.
If we keep a fair amount of our current squad on for next season, many will reach 100 appearances over the course of the season though.

My dad has todays program. Anyone know if Carl has more appearances than the starting 11 combined?

We did have a particularly active summer this season with comings and goings....and then a second summer shortly after that when most of the summer signings left!
Hoping we can keep most of the current squad but can see a few ins and outs happening. Key thing is keeping a reliable, unchanged and fit back 4 for as many games as we can. They need to work as a unit and you can't do that with different people coming in and out all the time. Gudger and Sharpe as CBs, Weir at LB and a new right back and we are off to a solid start.

Sam Minihan must be a candidate for player of the season IMHO. Dodger.

Weir at LB and a new right back and we are off to a solid start. You've said to me a couple of times on here that you're not sure I've been watching the same match, I think you must have been watching the wrong player! Sam Minihan has hardly had a bad game since Sheffield. Certainly a decent enough player for this league at the moment, give him another year and he could be a real handful. He had huge boots to fill after Williams, and he has filled them well.

Hear Hear! Sam has been a revelation and he is improving all the time. He is a dynamo, always gives 100% effort and is improving defensively to add to his attacking skills down the wing. He should be a 'nailed on very' as one we want to keep for next year.

I was told that Sam was over the limit for young player, so sadly got no vote from me, Gudger as player of season, Donnellan as young player - wasn't so happy when the only options I was told of Morris, Smith, Waldron or loan players.

You guys need to take off the rose-tinted Ray Bans!
Sam has improved over the course of the season, that cannot be denied. He does also give it 110% every match and does get forward well.
However...he falls down defensively for me. He has no pace, anyone faster than Clayton McDonald just breezes past him and turns him inside out. I've lost count the number of sides I have seen this season that have switched their fastest winger to Sam's side and put all their attacks through him.
I like Sam, much as it may come as a surprise, and want him to do well simply because he has a great attitude. I think we will retain him, but unless he gains a bit of speed I think he will face the same problems next season.

They way he bolts up the wing time and time again, I think he does have some decent pace! Not Dunkley speed, certainly, but not slow.

I'd like to see Sam retained. I think he's become a really effective player and top bloke. Thought we were lucky to come away with three points tonight though. It was obviously the plan to defend deep and in numbers and hope to catch them on the break, but it made for uncomfortable viewing for most of the night. Any chance we could get Aggie pies delivered to Bromsgrove?

Sam's not a full-back, simple as that. He's a right sided midfielder who has done a sterling job filling in. Think the plan was for Kyle Haynes to be the first choice right back, but his toys left the pram pre-season and Sam stepped up well, and with Carl/Gards experimenting with wing backs and three centre halves at the start of the season then abandoning the idea it all got changed around. Sam's done well out of position. Personally I'd play Tyler Weir at right back and Alex Gudger at left back, with Sam in midfield, but that's why the gaffers are in charge and I'm in the stand!
