As Carl said in his interview if we'd been offered that 3-3 draw at 2.55 today we'd have taken it, albeit we surrendered a 2-0 lead. The old 'uns to the fore again with the goals I notice.
City have always played better football against the better sides so this result isn't quite such a surprise.
Pity about the injury to Sharpe, but it's on to Bradford PA on Tuesday night now, which I look forward to.

Agreed Tim. A draw would have definitely been acceptable pre-match.
What a difference the last 5 mins or so of a game can make........when it includes a goal. We score a late equaliser, Curzon get a late winner against Hednesford, Alreton do likewise at Corby and Harrogate get a 95th minute winner against Stalybridge!
The table would look mighty different without those late additions.
Onwards now against BPA.

2 points off the drop! But I agree a point against North Ferriby is a result.

A good point, but we really do need a win to take a bit of pressure off. If we don't get at least 3 points from the next two games (BPA & Stockport both at home), then I'll be worried. Our home form is pretty decent right now though, and although I'm of the belief that they're a hard team to beat, I will be turning up on Tuesday confident that we will get a result.
Only 2 points above safety, still keeping the faith. I must be mental.

Agree with all the above, and it is starting to get a bit sweaty ! 2 points off Solihull and North Ferriby has been a very good effort. The next 2 home games are great opportunities to get those all important wins. It's disappointing that Shaun Donnellan can't play on Tuesday, nor Thommo with his back, although Carl did say that both should hopefully be ok for next Saturday. The injury to Sharpe has to be of concern, with Morris or McDonald having to slot in alongside Gudger. Great to see Tyler return though. If only we can ever get our best X1 on the pitch, although that has been the story of the season. With all the injuries and suspensions, Carl and Matt have performed miracles to keep putting out competitive teams and a strong bench.

Could someone fill me in on what is wrong with Shaun, and how Tom got injured please? As for the replacement, Morris every time. Failing that, stick Ethan Ross in defence. Would prefer him over Clayton.

Shaun has to play for West Brom tomorrow so wasn't involved yesterday or Monday. Morris wasn't played yesterday to save him for Tuesday. Sharpe has a calf injury.

Am I right in thinking the last 3-3 draw away was at Guiseley a couple of years ago, the game that inadvertently started the Tyler Weir problem, then the next 3-3 was his first game back?
