Well done to those involved in making these available for sale on the website. A must in today's age.
I guess I had better get the map out and find out where Bromsgrove is.

To be undertaken within the legal speed limits I assume?

Now now, those average speed checks are tricky! I should be careful, I could be walking to Bromsgrove at this rate.

Also watch the variable ones on the M42, rarely switched on but when they are its like a firework display with the amount of people getting caught!

I have often wondered if it worked out better for the club to sell 500 season tickets for 99 pounds for our first season at aggborough compared to lower numbers recently at around 200 pounds? I only mention this as our old fa cup opponents Huddersfield have reduced theirs to 174 pounds for next season and it seems to have worked with about 14k sold

I think the answer is no,judging by the P&L for the three years at Aggborough for match income.
Year 1 - c.£73,000 Year 2 - c.£80,000 Year 3 - c.£92,000

Year 1 - c.£73,000 Year 2 - c.£80,000 Year 3 - c.£92,000 OK maybe not as cheap as the 99 pounds offer then but still cheap enough to entice a few extras, Wigan and Charlton also doing sub 200 season tickets next season.

The whole issue, of course, is striking that balance between both the club's and supporters needs but there are so many ifs & buts to strike that balance. From City's point of view, selling 500 STs at £100 a pop (£50,000) is better than 200 ST's at £200 a pop (£40,000) but if those 'missing 300 supporters attend and pay on the gate, the result is different Then again, if City knew they would definitely get 500 STs sold, why only charge £100? Notwithstanding these basics, are earlybird tickets necessary? Probably, if cash flow is needed during the close season and to give an indication of potential budgeting for players etc. If no season tickets were sold, would gates remain at the same level? If so, cash on the gate could be more beneficial in the sustainability stakes. Should supporters wishing to buy STs (and knowing that the club needs as much cash as possible) actually buy full tickets rather than earlybird ones? - after all every little helps! At the end of the day though, it's the supporters choice as to how they invest their cash in the club. Dodger.

I've always been interested by pricing structures. Right down to the point of getting £50,000 from 300 people, or £50,000 from 500 people - which is the better financially for the club? You might need an extra steward or two with a higher number, but you'll also make more money from programme sales, and at the bar.
Last season I made a spreadsheet noting the season ticket and general admission prices for each of the clubs in our league, and we were just above average price for the league. I'll do the same this season soonish, and publish the results on here.

I only buy a 10 game one these days as there are lots of games I cannot get to due to having to work more often on a Saturday than previously and the extra travelling involved with being at Kiddy making mid week games very difficult. For the coming season I have also bought a full one for Sutton for £99 and that is in the National league as well!I only have to go to 8 games to make it worthwhile which will certainly happen.I believe they had sold between 800 & 900 when I last heard. Certainly an interesting/brave decision to take by their board which I hope pays off!

Quick question regarding the Full Season - if you cannot make a game can you pass that particular ticket onto someone else in the same age category?
