1-1 draw, a last minute goal saved us a bit there!!
Certainly wasn't a classic game, it's a good point against a team up towards the top of the league. If Nti had toe poked that cross in, we'd probably be saying it was a top performance by the lads.
I must say a great well done to the strong support we had today, a lot of younger fans who kept on singing, even when we went a goal down, fair play to them!

great support today, hope this is the way we are going now, as with the team onwards & upwards, team played well in the conditions, but that is 4 points they have stolen from us this year...

A good result for us against what was really, in my opinion, a fairly ordinary Borough Town side who were supposedly chasing for promotion/play-offs and had the full weight of full-time training behind them. Mind you, the wind played havpc with some of the passing and long kicks.
We could have been 3 up before Town scored and then I thought that once they had scored and had the momentum we would not get back in it. Fortunately, their defence stood and watched as Bakayoko tee'd up his own header to score.
A reasonable crowd of 825 (good job we were there to boost the takings) but what happened to the loudspeaker announcements and music? Also there was a strong rumour that they had run out of programmes too.
Oh well, that's probably part and parcel of being a 'big' club.
From City's point of view..........we needed the point. Well done lads and all the support.

If anyone really wanted a programme but couldn't get one, you can have my copy for a donation to the banner fund.
Loudspeaker didn't really go well - it was almost as bad as Solihulls is. On a side note, how on earth is that ground up to National League quality? The seating capacity certainly didn't look like 500, which I believe is the minimum for National League (their wiki page suggests they have 514 seats somewhere).

The extra seats are in the tin sheds that were stacked to one side !!! even the standing areas at the ends felt weird but if that what floats their boat OK... the other part of today was meeting up with Rich (Citytoon)my sparing partner on the banners that are being funded on www.crowdfunder.co.uk/worcester-city-fc-banner-fund... also meeting up with Dec (blueandwhitearmy) & thesecondjack... nice to put faces to names... hope we have a great crowd Tuesday & i will have pictures of the banners so you can see them before we put them out on 5th March, anyone who wants to donate please do so on link above, we are still a little short of the new target to make a great statement...

I noticed that the floodlights pointed down onto the playing surface, with no light pollution outside the ground, that is one of the protesters objections discredited then.

Just watched that video and it looks like we should have scored more! Yes, we had the better of things before they went ahead. The best of them were Dan Nti somehow missing from a couple of yards (for the second time in as many weeks) which would I believe have put us 1 nil up and Conor Gater (who I thought had a good game) should then have done better in injury time which would have won it.
A draw was probably about the right result. We more than matched them which was pleasing to see and bodes well for our battle against relegation.
